Modern Grace Events was so amazing to work with! I was part of their vendor team (videography) for a wedding last weekend at Andaz Scottsdale Resort and I want to work with them forever. The couple had to rescheduled their wedding due to COVID. Normally without a planner, that means reaching out to ALL the vendors, redoing contracts, renegotiating prices, and finding any new vendors if the previous vendors can't accommodate the new date. Jessica and Ashlee from Modern Grace Events handled all of that for the couple! As for the wedding, they really tailored everything to the couple's needs and wants but also made sure that we, as vendors, were able to do our best work. They were extremely organized, made sure all vendors knew where to go and when, and provided us with an extremely detailed timeline of the day. The wedding went super smoothly, the couple was extremely happy the whole time, and the guests were taken care of. What an amazing team. Can't wait to work with them in the near future. Jessica and Ashlee are the planners you need!

Wow I can't say enough great things about Jessica and Ashlee of Modern Grace Events! They are not only top tier planners, staying organized and on top of details for their clients; they're also both really amazing women who made us feel so special on our wedding day. Ashlee coordinated with all the best vendors and Jessica brought our design vision to life, and were such a joy to work with throughout the process! We used their partial planning + design package and honestly, I wish we would have found them sooner and used their full service planning package so we would have had their expertise from the beginning of the process. They seriously thought of everything, small details that would have slipped my mind in the wedding planning chaos, and made sure our day was exactly how we imagined! Due to COVID, we had to postpone our 2020 wedding and THANK GOD we had Modern Grace, because I don't know how we would have managed the rescheduling process without them. They took all the stress of off us contacting vendors, so the only thing we had to focus on was finding a new date. We finally had our big day a year later, it was absolutely magical and it was 100% because we had Ashlee, Jessica and their assistant Kari - aka THE most amazing and kind Lady in Waiting of all time. They executed every detail on wedding day perfectly, and made it look easy! I'm smiling writing this review and thinking of my experience working with these amazing women, and I promise you will too, if you ever have the pleasure of working with them!

Ashlee and Jessica are THE best planners in the industry! Not only are they the sweetest and most fun duo, they are so well-organized and always make sure the entire day runs smoothly. As a vendor, we see the behind-the-scenes of what goes on at a wedding and their attention to detail and creative eyes are incredible. I've DJed over 100 weddings, and these Modern Grace is definitely at the top when it comes to a coordination team. They made my job SO much easier because they were on top of everything. Not only was the wedding perfectly organized, but the vendors were able to do our jobs with ease and the wedding party was able to enjoy the night and not have to worry about the frivolous things. The bride said it was the best night of her life. They made everything better for everyone. 🙂 This is why I always encourage people to hire a coordinator. Trust me, it's worth it.
