I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the customer service was outstanding—the staff was friendly, welcoming, and always eager to help. The hotel is well-priced, making it a fantastic value for all the amenities it offers.

One of the highlights was the amazing tiki bar, which served delicious breakfast in the morning and fantastic cocktails in the evening. The pool and outdoor sitting area were perfect for relaxing, whether enjoying the Florida sun or unwinding after a day out.

The location couldn’t be better! It’s right in the middle of a great shopping and dining area, making it easy to explore. Starbucks across the street, dress for less, old navy etc. Plus, it’s super convenient for travelers—just 10 minutes from the airport and only a short distance from the Fort Lauderdale cruise port.

If you’re looking for a great place to stay with a fantastic atmosphere, excellent service, and top-notch amenities, I highly recommend this hotel. I’ll definitely be returning!

I want to start off with pros:
The front desk staff were friendly and welcoming. It was two young ladies working the day that my family and I came. The location was perfect for where we needed to be. The lobby looks renovated, clean and smelled fresh. There’s also free parking, which is perfect.

Improvement areas:
The outside and rooms desperately need renovating. It was clean enough. However, there were smaller areas that could have been dusted. One of the mattresses in the room was lopsided, which made it awkward to sleep on. If they modernize the bathrooms and add a couple of pictures on the wall, it could make the room more lively. Maybe even an accent wall. Everything is gray and plain.

Overall, I’d give this place a 2.5
out of 5. It has the potential to be a decent spot. But it needs a lot of work. My family and I only needed it for 2 nights and it served its purpose.

Stayed here for one night before a cruise, the photos online look wonderful. The first room we had smelt like a strong unpleasant smell, they were extremely kind and accommodating about changing rooms. The next room we were put in was extremely worn down and out dated, mainly the bathroom. The area the hotel is in is great but the overall advertisement of the rooms and what to expect was disappointing.

2520 by Hotolos is by far my favorite place to stay in the Hollywood area. I’ll start with the response time and cleanliness. Brandon the onsite manager has set the bar for hospitality. He personally responds within minutes to any concerns (not sure what they would be) and is genuinely concerned with guest comfort. His knowledge of the surrounding area is extensive and it shows he enjoys living there. The front desk staff is also another highlight. I checked in quickly and painlessly and again their knowledge was extensive. The room, pool and grounds in general were immaculately cleaned and groomed where I felt like I was in an upscale resort. The accommodations were roomy and well appointed. Don’t miss out on this gem for such reasonable pricing. You won’t regret it! Thank you again for enhancing my stay Brandon and staff!

This hotel lists fabulous photos & a great description on the Delta Stays website and when you get here it's absolutely nothing like it! The furniture and beds are like something purchased from an extreme discount outlet at best. Everything is mismatched between rooms. Some have pull down blinds, some have chorded blinds. Mine, they were busted and had to be held shut with a clip! The AC is extremely loud & has a huge gap where you can see and hear everything from the outside. The lamps have two different types of lights. I wasn't allowed to check in until 4pm. I was given the accessibility room & told they're full & that's my only option even though I was at the property at 8am & booked this months ago. There are also long term stays or renters who live in this facility too. Looks to be low income. There is also a lovely small of marijuana in the air from the parking lot outside. I'm guessing from one of the "resident" guests. Everything about this place is wrong! I highly suggest looking elsewhere for a place to stay.

Some rooms got cancelled even though we had confirmation number. Front desk tried really hard to accommodate, but rooms just not up to my standards, plus we had to double up due to the canceled reservations. Seemed like some shady people were staying there. One building is hotel, second building is rent by week/month. Definitely had an ant problem, and no ant spray for us to use. No soap, trash can, or table in our room.

This hotel was wonderful for me and my family rooms are clean management is hands-on and the location was close to fort Lauderdale airport. We love the pool area very inviting. I will absolutely come back again.

We arrived for the evening and were shocked at the room. Television would not work for lack of internet. No trash can in room. Ants crawling on the sink and around edges of bath tub. No comforter on beds. Nothing but sheets. Went to front desk for blankets. None available. Asked about ant spray. Couldn’t help. Gave me 409 cleaner and wash clothes. Observed prostitutes coming and going. Notified Hotel and they said some rooms were monthly rent. Do not believe the pictures on the website or Trip Advisor. They are a misrepresentation. We only stayed the night because there was absolutely nothing available with thousands of people coming in the night before to board cruise ships in the AM. Learned our lesson. This place was horrible.
