We recently spent a little over a week at The Tides in Hollywood, Florida. While the weather wasn’t cooperating, we still had a great experience thanks to Simon, who was our direct contact for the condo we rented. He went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable and memorable stay. His hospitality and customer service skills were exemplary!

Unfortunately, in all good Consciousness, I am unable to give a five star review. 4.5 only for the blinds & elevator. I’ve listed pros and cons below.
PROS
The view, Personal hot tub on roof, beds and the pool. Absolutely wonderful
Austin from Quality Control did reach out to us about our concerns & we truly appreciate it
Walmart within walking distance for groceries.
CONS
Air not working correctly in main bedroom, while second bedroom was freezing.
One side of the automatic blinds, NOT working in the main bedroom
No modem for the TV in the second bedroom
Kitchen missing a few basic necessities Like potholders, baking pan, and dish towels. Property managers did bring us dish towels.
But our biggest complaint THE ELEVATORS!
At times, especially during check-in and check out the wait could get a bit long. They did compensate us $120 for the inconveniences. The technician never did show up during our stay to fix the blinds. 😕

We had a wonderful stay at Hollywood Beach, hosted by Simon. The place was beautiful, clean, and offered breathtaking views of the beach. It was the perfect spot for a relaxing getaway. Highly recommend!

The place was very clean, comfortable and felt safe. This location is super close and an easy walk to the Diplomat resort. Great alternative for attendees at conferences held at the Diplomat. Easy, short walk.

I booked a reservation through VRBO for a condo in Sunny Isles Beach FL on 10/25 for a unit called Balcony on the Ocean in the La Perla building. I had a legally binding contract that I signed as well as a background check for the building I was going to be staying in. On 11/5 I received a phone call and an email saying my reservation was going to be canceled due to an unforeseen circumstance. This caused me to lose money on flights that I had just booked 2 days earlier after thinking I had a solid reservation. I do not recommend booking with Grand Welcome Hollywood Beach Vacation Rental Management. I was offered no other solutions other than booking for additional days which would have cost an additional $1900 on top of the $4300 I was already spending. Very disappointing. Tiffanie S

Had a lovely 1.5 months stay in sunny isles. The unit was fully equipped, with a beautiful ocean view. There are many restaurants and shops in the area around the building. Will definitely return back when we travel to Miami again

Great condo, very spacious and all toilette necessities, condiments, coffee, coffee machine and even towels/toys/balls/ wagon for the beach! Which is a 5 minute walk from the condo, definitely enjoyed my stay, quiet and highly recommend, will be rebooking next time I’m in Florida thank you so much !
