I recently used this travel agency to send some food to my family in Cuba, and what can I say... I had a horrible experience with them, I sent out a package that was worth $200 and was suppose to get to my family in one week. The package didn’t arrive till 3 weeks later, and when it finally arrived all the meat that was in the package was full of fat, when my aunt sent me the pictures of the meat I was furious, I didn’t pay for them to eat the “fat” from the meat, I wanted them to have meat. When I contacted the manager about the issue she told me not to worry that they would take care of it and the new meat would arrive a week after on a Tuesday, the meat didn’t arrive
till Saturday. Overall I will not be using this company again, horrible experience!!!

Came in and I was having a crisis. My vehicle was stolen and my tires were slashed down to the metal. I was in the middle of a move so the car was loaded. It was in extreme chaos because they went through everything. He was so very understanding and profesional. He was extremely timely and pleasant. He went above and beyond for my situation. I would and will highly recommend him to everyone in need. This guy will not scam you. He is real and down to earth. He does solid work.

Spoke to Patty Rodriquez on Wednesday 6/23, I do not Habla espanol, fortunately her English is impeccable! She was so patient with me and helpful, answering all my questions. I placed my order around 5:30 PM and she said it would be delivered within 3-4 days max, my friend in HAV received the package in LESS than 24 hours‼️ ABSOLUTELY amazing!!!😃 He said everything listed was included and fresh. All I can say is, Thank you Patty for your help and for this wonderful service. I most definitely will use and HIGHLY recommend your services.
