We have received exceptional service from Melissa on planning our honeymoon. I was originally referred by a good friend to Sylvia but was told I would be taken care by her assistant, Michelle. Unfortunately although things did not work out for Michelle at Post Haste Travel, Melissa easily picked off where Michelle had left off with planning our trip. Melissa was able to tailor our itinerary based of specific requirements and requests (we are very picky!) and she totally surpassed our expectations. Pre travel (and actually during travel) all queries were promptly answered. The hotels she had chosen for us were perfect based on our style and wants, as well as the activities and excursions selected. Our trip was completely hassle free and all transportation she had booked went smoothly. It was an honor working with such a professional and I cannot wait to plan our next trip with Melissa!
