I’m very pleased with Jerry Allen travel. I decided to do a group event for my holiday party and they help me plan the perfect cruise with all my employees. Everything went smooth. If I had any questions, they were there to help me answer them anything that would happen. They were quick to help resolve it if something did come up, but barely anything happened. It went off without a hitch. Anytime I wanna book something now I will always use them just because of the great communication

I have known the folks at Jerry Allen Travel for over 5 years and have used them to book extensive and complex business travel for my boss at a large corporation. They have been there for me through thick and thin, at all hours and on top of any emergency. I see them as "old school" travel agents, who are personable, trustworthy, local and not just a disinterested voice at the end of the phone line.

Their customer service is at the highest level, they are extremely knowledgeable about international travel, business travel and cruises. I've never had a single bad experience with Jerry Allen Travel. I have booked hundreds of trips with them, and cannot recommend these folks more highly.

Usually I bok my own tickets online and pay extra to make sure I have the seat next to my husband. this time I went with travel agency asking ahead of time to make sure I have the seats next to my husband and also FaceTime need the bassinet newborn baby ...I was promised it will be taken care of and I have nothing to worry about . literally 4 days and then weeks I'm trying to contact mean Mindy whatever name is and no reply messages, phone calls after a few weeks finally got ahold of her and she promised me I will get the bassinet . when I logged into the website of the airline I don't have any seat or nothing!!! I called them myself to the airline they told me that I cannot book through them since I went to an agency I have to call that agency and there is no seats hold for me. Called back to Mindy again no reply 2 days straight this time. then I sent her a text to please take care of it I will pay the extra that's what I've been saying all those weeks she finally booked the two seats and now she booked the separates on international flight !!! then i loged in and look and I see that she actually cancel one leg of the flight by mistake!!!its just been a headache and I just prefer to cancel everything and rebook it myself because it seems like they don't know what they're doing and I will never ever recommend anyone to use them because I would never do it to anybody to deal with them the way I've been dealing with them
