I have previously utilized the services of this agency to renew my passport and had a positive experience with a young lady working at the Armenia branch. However, my recent visit did not yield the same level of satisfaction. While submitting my residency documents, I expressed my frustration regarding the challenges I encountered while attempting to schedule an appointment, having made approximately 10 unsuccessful attempts to connect. Mildred, the Notary and one of the proprietors responded defensively and exhibited aggression when I relayed that my phone calls had gone unanswered. This lack of professionalism was concerning to me so at that point I decided to collect my documents and left.

Horrible. I paid a ton of money to have things sent to Cuba... it’s bern over a month and our family still hasn’t received anything. We’ve called numerous times and no one can give us a straight answer to when our items will be delivered or where they are. Go elsewhere.

Por favor, no compren los televisores de esta agencia, gastamos más de 400 dólares por un televisor que nos dijeron tenia cajita digital adentro ( o por lo menos que se veían los canales digitales de cuba) …. Mentira total nada de televisión digital, ni de cajita, ni de nada. Tenemos un televisor nuevo de paquete que no se ve nada de nada. Ahora hay que buscar y comprar una cajita digital.
