We have just returned from yet another VIP cruise through OVC. Sophia is amazing, always professional, friendly and coming back quickly with answers to all our silly questions. Our cruise was amazing and we did not experience any issues during the whole 29 days - it was wonderful to have everything taken care of from flights to transfers to a wonderful 2 night hotel stay in Venice at the end of the trip. We have already booked 3 more adventures with OVC and particularly enjoy all the Enrichment journeys that are being offered. Thank you for helping us to fulfil our dreams.

For the past several years, Sabrina has been our go-to travel Agent at OVC. Last week we returned from an Enrichment Journey that took us to Casablanca, Marrakech, and Lisbon. And from Lisbon we took a trans-Atlantic cruise from Lisbon to Ft. Lauderdale. All three hotels we stayed in were excellent as were the guides we had in Morocco and Lisbon! The land itinerary was very good but could be adjusted to allow for a bit more personal time. We have two more Enrichment Journeys booked through Sabrina. One in March to Rio, followed by a cruise along the Brazilian coast and up the Amazon. There will be two ports of call after the Amazon and before docking in Miami. The second one is scheduled for January 2025 to South America and includes safaris, Cape Town and a 12-night cruise. If you haven’t booked an Enrichment Journey consider doing so.

We had been frequent passengers, mostly for cruises, and a couple of land/cruise tours too. Their track record is why we became stockholders as well.
Then COVID hit and travel took a hiatus.
But last month we took a 19 night Italy land/Celebrity transatlantic tour. Sabrina at OVC handled it all. With the exception of one itinerary change, it was one of the most enjoyable vacations ever.
We've booked another in a year, but will surely book more with OVC. Great value for your dollar.

My wife and I have been using an Online Vacation Center (OVC) for many years. We find the service of this travel agency to be excellent. Very easy stress-free online booking and process. Kathleen Bohrer of OVC has been our travel agent for the last few years. She is great, gives us excellent service. Responds to our questions promptly and makes sure we have everything we need for a particular trip. Would highly recommend Kathleen for all of your travel needs.

the 1 star is meant for the company they use for insurance called TRAVEL INSURANCE INTERNATIONAL. we had to cxl our cruise and online vacation return policy was seamless , they get 5 stars . the other company iss horrible, we are going on the 4th time we had to send documents, it is beyond ridicoulous and incompetent. online vacay is good , but do not use travel insured

Really can't say enough good comments regarding the service received from Online Vacation Center. We booked our Transatlantic Cruise out of Barcelona in June of 2020. Originally an agent who we had worked with before left the company, and Sophia took over our reservation and never missed a beat. Always informed us of what was going on with the cruise, country requirements and prepared us for the new changes required for travel into Spain and on the cruise ship. Additionally , we had a last minute addition to our group 3 weeks prior to departure and was able to secure a room nearby on the same floor. This is the second time we I have booked with Online and plan on doing it again in the near future. Cruising is back. The cruise line had great safety protocols and felt completely safe the entire 15 day cruise. Thank you Sophia and Debbie for originally setting up the vacation for us.

Just returned from the Celebrity Constellation booked by OVC. Absolutely great cruise. Sophia and Gabby my travel managers are great. With everything that has happened since 2020 these managers have worked hard on Future Cruise Credits Insurance Transfers and all to keep this as smooth as possible. I can’t say enough good things about OVC maybe just Thank You.
