We had an amazing experience with them! The team was very efficient and accommodating. The venue was clean, spacious and the decor was perfect! Not to mention we were able to do all of this in a small time frame of 2 weeks and accommodated 100 guests. It’s in a great location with stores in the area incase anything is needed. They also offer different packages with bar tenders, catering and concierge.The owner took a lot of the burden off my husband and I, he really gave us an amazing night to remember! We have already referred them to friends and family! Thanks again we really are grateful and appreciate you and your team soo much!

The food was different from what we ordered
The bartender was slow
The owner was very inflexible

We reserved the hall from 7:30p-11:30p. A few guests arrived early at 7p. The owner refused to open the door until 7:30p on the dot. She had people waiting outside in their cars in the rain. It's not like she had an event before our event. She could have allowed people to sit down and get settled at their tables.

Anticipating that guests may arrive late, we booked the bar for 8p-11p. Many of the guests arrived on time. The owner refused to open the bar until 8p. She could have allowed some flexibility and agreed to open the bar from 7:30-10:30p and go with the flow of the event.

Regarding the food... we ordered jerk chicken, chicken picata, and beef. The chicken was not jerk it was regular baked chicken quarters. The chicken picata was grilled chicken breast. Which was different from what was ordered. Because the food was good and there were no complaints, we did not raise any concerns. However, we did not get what we ordered.

The bartender was slow. There were about 60 people at the event, and she took over 8 min with each order. There was always a line at the bar (I'm assuming on purpose). It took forever to get a drink. Waiting in line for 15 min to get a drink which took away from dancing and having a good time.

When it came to payment and time, the owner did not waver. She wanted her money on time, and she refused to be flexible with the time of the event and open bar. However, when it came to delivering what we ordered, she was able to compromise and substituted without our consent.

Overall, the event ended up being nice despite the kinks. But, I would not work with this lady again.

Everything went as planned and we had a great experience at Glorious Banquet Hall in Hollywood. Regine came through on everything she promised. Very pleasant experience for my wife and I .

The place is Ok. My aunt had her reception here. The downfall of this place is that you have to pretty much bribg everything or be charge extra for it.The day of the event the owner was rude to my family which left a bad taste and was very unprofessional. The color wasnt the actual color that my Aunt wanted. The only good thing was the bartender she was so sweet.
