I've worked closely with Paragon Events over the past year and a half at my firm and it's been such a pleasure to partner with them in bringing our events to life. No matter how large or small the event is - Paragon has come through. Whether it's booking a hotel room block, creating visually stunning on-brand signage, providing on-site support, or seamlessly bringing together all the moving parts in our massive 600+ conferences, they can really do it all! Vicky Torres and Kathleen Little are two of my favorite people to work with there. Their attention to detail, level of care and excellent customer service has made all the difference as we put on and manage these large events. Vicky has put together incredible artwork for all our needs - everything from name badge designs, to breakout room signage, to stunning entrance archways with digital screen designs that capture both our conference theme and firm branding. She also works with local vendors to ensure we're getting the best pricing and materials for what we need, when we need it. Kathleen is an expert in her field as well, a true force to be reckoned with when it comes to organization and managing a multitude of moving parts and vendors at once. Her involvement in a recent program was so crucial to its success, as she coordinated several dozens of decor and activity vendors largely on her own. Both have an incredible ability to be everywhere at once, to do whatever is needed to make an event phenomenal for their client and their guests. I highly recommend working with Paragon and these two ladies specifically.
