My family and I really enjoyed staying at this location. It was located very close at a private beach and amazing pool. It wasn't until the last couple of days that we had any problems. My mother received an email about a resident "Karen" there saying we had several complaints and were being loud at the pool and not smoking in the designated smoking area. All of which is a blatant lie, they can pull up the cameras and see that. Then the last day my husband, myself and our 4 year old left out at 7am, check out was 11am. My mother and stepdad left out around 10am. My mother got a very rude phone call from Amy (the lady we rented from on air bnb) around 11:45am saying don't you know check out is today. My mother said yes my daughter left over 4 hours ago and we left over 2 hours ago, amy responded with well you need to call your daughter because she is there right now smoking in the house, my mother said your mistaken my daughter left over 4 hours ago, she once again said no your daughter is in there right now smoking and the whole condo smells like smoke. My mother had to hang up on her. She received another call a few minutes later apologizing saying her house keeper had gone into the wrong house. It was all very very unprofessional. My mother and I go on this trip every year and have NEVER been treated like this, much less flat out called liars. I would not recommend this location to anyone after this. My mother has been upset over this since it happened!!!!

Very nice people. Did a job in there putting in conduit for FPL to run wire for new meter. The lady that I had to cut through the side of her yard with a 2 foot trench was very nice..offer me ice tea,a coke,smoothie, anything. cold.. At the end of day she gave me a cold beer for the ride home..very nice Lady..

Windmill Village by the Sea has the best view of the beach. The venue is larger than we expected, we had plenty of space for dining, dancing, photobooth, DJ and bar. Diane is so nice to work with on planning your event. I highly recommend this location for parties, weddings, banquets, etc.

A private beach on paradise? Yep, it exists right here at Windmill Village. A beautiful view from a lil tiki hut overlooking the gorgeous blue Atlantic ocean. A few steps below and youre right on the shore line. There's fishing surfing, skim boarding, shelling relaxing and so so much more. If you want to avoid some sand, don't worry, there's a lovely swimming pool for you also. From private club house events to shuffleboard, Windmill Village by the Sea has something wonderful for everyone!

This is the coolest little bohemian residential area! Super friendly folks. I always walk around the place a lot when visiting my sister who very happily lives there and almost everyone you see waves, says "Hi" or stops to chat

Driftwood Church at the Beach. Check it out on Facebook or come join us for Sunday service. Casual and biblical. Small congregation. Very friendly. Everyone makes you feel at home and part of the family. God is present here.

Omg! Once you get past the gorgeous location and beautiful surroundings and have to interact with the HOA and majority of homeowners you will be running in the opposite direction. Eeek. Lived there for 2 years and was thrilled to see the front gates in our rearview mirror as we were leaving. We were offered 2 separate opportunities to purchase a home in Windmill Village by the Sea but you couldn't pay ME to live there again

Really enjoyed my stay here. Everyone is friendly and helpful. Some adorable homes. Beautiful beach access with pool and clubhouse.
