Truly an unforgettable experience!! The divers really make you feel safe and are so knowledgeable of sharks and their behaviors. I took my family here while visiting and we were so lucky to have Austin and Dee and our diver and guide! We did do the free diving option which was intimidating at first but was so beautiful to see the ocean in that way 🙂 If you are thinking about it I promise you, you will not regret it! I have such a different perspective on sharks as a whole now! They took pictures for us ($150 per group) so we were able to split it and was so worth it! The pictures are so clear and fun to have especially for what could be a once in a lifetime experience! Biggest tip would be to take Dramamine as it does get pretty choppy sitting out in the water while you’re not swimming!

Wonderful Experience. I suggest the Photo/Video package. It's a lot like skydiving. Shark diving feels like a life and death experience, although very safe actually. Still, I'm only doing it once and the photos/video the team takes allows me to see a better perspective of my experience (I took a GoPro too, but it's way cooler to see yourself in the same frame as the sharks)

First all, I have never done anything like this. I’ve been in the water, and don’t different water activities, but never snorkeling and never with sharks. It’s not as scary as people make it out to be.

I wanted to do something special for my 32nd birthday. A gift to myself.

Booked my trip and arrived at my destination. I live in PSL, so the trip took 40 minutes. As a nite shift nurse, I am not an early bird, so it was a struggle being up that early 😂😂 I was even late, but notified Capt Johnny immediately.

These aren’t your average hobbyist tour guides. They do it as a profession and accolades to Jordan, because Capt hyped her up really well! ❤️

Anyways, got on the boat, got our instructions, introduced ourselves and set sail. We went out about 20-30 min into the ocean.

Here’s where the struggle started. The day was full of waves that were bumpy. Like choppy bumpy. Wasn’t too bad initially. I sat at the back of course. Once we settled, that’s when I got the urge of death! I immediately felt nauseated and had to throw up. I was puking my entire festivities from the nite prior and could feel it. 😮 the boat was constantly rocking, so it didn’t help. Everyone else did their thing, and I was just completely shitfaced. Capt Johnny was constantly checking on me in such a polite, caring and professional way. Like a concerned dad, but also someone wanting you to enjoy your time.

After I was done puking my brains out, Capt assisted me with my gear, even while I had to stop mid-way and throw up some more. I don’t remember if I apologized or not (I can’t remember). He didn’t mind at all, and kept going.

Don’t worry about your suit. They give you a long sleeved black T-shirt wetsuit for the open swim and gloves for the rope.

I was still queasy because the boat was rocking so much, but refused to be a little wimp and toughed it out. The feeling of death was upon me because I needed to explode from both ends, but wanted to have the experience to at least say I tried.

Once in the water, I still felt queasy, but not as much. I followed the rope, stuck my head in and was greeted by numerous sharks with their babies.

It’s an unexplainable experience. One to never forget.

Let me tell you, the sharks were so uninterested in us. They were more concerned with the shark bate Jordan had in a cage.
The sharks were swimming all around and under us, but none of them ever came face to face to me. Instead they swam under and around.
I was a little scared at first because of nerves, and usually I’m able to breathe through my nose and relax, but because of the snorkel gear, I could only mouth breath which would cause me to hyperventilate a bit. I would slightly freak out, and take in some sea water, but would also tell myself to relax, clear my mouth piece and put my face back in the water.

When i was scared or anxious, I was looking around thinking there was going to be a giant shark sneaking up behind me or something pulling me down to the bottom because they could sense my fear and sickness. (I watch wayyy too many horror movies). Jordan had already explained all that was a load of bs. And it’s true. Those sharks were interested in us. They were interested in the food that was there.

The ONLY, and only reason I got out was to throw up again. I didn’t want to throw up near everyone and the sharks of course. Got out to throw up and couldn’t stop. But the experience was well worth it.
The trip back wasn’t as bad, but Capt and Jordan allowed me to sit on the deck near the life vests while I tried to regain my composure🥲🥲🥲🥲

Just a heads up to anyone considering and after reading my review. Do your hw first. Don’t party hard before, have loads of food til you can hardly stand and drink the night before. ❌❌❌❌Also take nausea meds the day before and of course after.

Would definitely do again and recommend, just prepare better next time ❤️❤️

Took my husband for his birthday and it did not disappoint! Saw 6 different bull shakes and 4 hung around us the whole time we were in the water! Was incredible how close they got! The team also made us feel safe the entire time!

Only frustrating part is the tour is expensive and to get the photos and videos they take it’s an additional $200. Have done similar tours where photos/videos were included

Jordan and Austin were amazing. This was on my bucket list and a perfect way to spend our 23 wedding anniversary! Austin - the smoothest sailing and thank you again for helping me with the snorkel gear! Jordan - you made this so exciting. I cannot wait to visit in the future and for my photos! - love Wisconsin

The trip itself was actually breath taking. The captain was very kind and patient explaining everything while the dive was taking place. The diver was extremely good at her job. Watching her play mermaid with the sharks several minutes before getting into the water with them definitely put your mind at ease. If you're thinking you need the cage you wont need it. Definitely would go again. We saw 15 sharks total on the dive that were half the size of your car driving into the parking lot. Cheers.

We had a absolute blast doing this shark dive. It was me, my wife and my 13yr old daughter. The company was extremely professional and knew what they were doing. There were sharks interacting with us from the moment we got into the water until we got out. We all felt extremely safe while doing this! Also the sharks are so friendly and calm. Can't wait to book our next adventure with them!! Highly recommend!!
