Wow!!!
We had an absolutely amazing time on the brand-new 4GetMeKnot Yacht, during the Christmas Light Cruise! The boat is stunning, featuring a cozy bar, a great dance floor, and spacious seating all around the upper deck. Captain Jon was incredibly welcoming, and the first mates, Ryan and Tiffiney, truly made the evening special. They treated us to delicious snacks, fresh fruit, and unlimited drinks, including beer, wine, soda, and water. The views were breathtaking—seeing all the beautifully lit houses along the way was magical. I can’t wait to go on another cruise soon. Love this gorgeous new boat!

Overall a nice tour after a bad start. Bad start due to confusing communications. Email confirmation had the wrong meeting place, no one there. Phone number led to an automated loop. Stressful when you're on a meeting deadline to depart. Would recommend a straightforward contact number in the confirmation email. Would have missed the tour waiting for a shuttle if not for the nice intervention by the upstairs building tenant. Much thanks to him! Then, upon arriving at the dock, there was no clear signage for where to meet. Once on board, it was very relaxing, not overcrowded and reasonably comfortable.
Food was decent. Buffet of Hors d'oeuvres. Crew was very pleasant and kept us supplied with champagne. Entertainment was good and accommodating of requests.

I updated this to 5 stars and would be 10 if possible. Updated due to exceptional responsiveness and customer service. I received a call about my original review. They apologized for the location error and thanked me for bringing it to their attention. It was due to an IT issue and has been corrected. Can't recall the last time I heard a human voice in response to an issue. Rare that you find a company that is this responsive and concerned about their customer's experience.
They offered a discounted 2nd cruise, which we accepted. It was the Jupiter Sunset cruise. Exceptional cruise, narration was entertaining, drink and snack service was great, boat was full but not overcrowded. On both cruises, we saw other boats that were packed and looked uncomfortable.
We will be back for future cruises and highly recommend these.

Great tour. Smooth sailing. Captain and crew were very friendly and polite. Lots of great history and trivia about the islands and gorgeous homes and yachts. Drinks and snacks aboard were high quality- including fresh fruit!!

Beautiful sunset cruise in Palm Beach! 😍Captain Jon was super knowledgeable. Beer & wine was included with some snacks and fruit. Was nice to have everything included in the ticket so there's no extra cost when you get on the boat. Would do again! Will try Jupiter sunset next trip.

We had an awesome time. This is the best boat tour in West Palm Beach! Mark with his Captain and. Family are super fun, nice, and very educated! I learned a it and saw great sunset scenery. This is a great team. I learned a lot of great history about the palm beach islands and about the homes and successful families that own them.

Fantastic experience with Dan and Mark. Dan is a wealth of information and offers a great tour with so much history. They take you on a tour that allows you to see incredible homes, scenery, and then of course, the sunset. Drinks, snacks, and fruit are offered throughout the cruise. Two great guys offering a unique venture that you normally wouldn't get to experience. Take cash for a tip, not because you have to, but because you'll want to.

Always a good time. Great prices and they knock off 10% for military. Very knowledgeable staff, extra points for knowing the area and points of interest. These guys really know their stuff.
