Their leadership team is one of the best in the industry and you can see that through their various conventions and educational workshops. They are consistent and actually care. My sister has also booked numerous European vacations with a CP agent and has always a wonderful experience because they train their franchisees on how to create unforgettable memories for their clients. I have a white passing name, I’m a dark skin Caribbean woman with dreadlocks. I have been interviewed here on 3 different occasions during a 10 year span, different departments. I am more than credible and have no criminal background. However I believe my “looks” didn’t match up to their corporate asthetics.

zero stars for cruise planners. Asia Cruise NCL 11/30 to 12/11 Cruise Planner Lita Reyes. Never ever ever!
Disorganized, unprofessional, rude----ZER0 point from us.
I hope you all will call and ask from previous customers before diving and taking their services!!!!!

My first Norwegian Southeast asia cruise with Cruise planner lita Reyes was so stressful. We did buy our excursions with her as our travel agent and we had so many problems with the buses and vans for the city tours. Our bus got canceled in Singapore and with the rest we have to walk far under the heat of the sun. Our transportations most of the time late. Our lunch meal in Kuala Lumpur got canceled without valid reason .A lot of communication problems. Its actually guessing whats going to happen next.
If someone complains and make a comment, lita reyes would be defensive and then escalates into a fight. She would tell that person to leave the bus and will be refunded or at one time told a lady that she will cancel her hotel reservation. So unprofessional, disorganized, rude. My worst cruise ever! The only thing i enjoyed are the company of my friends.

DO NOT JOIN! If you don't make them $250,000/year in sales then they will charge you a hefty fee. There are a lot of fees and charges to be a CP franchise owner. If you fall behind on payments then they keep all of your commissions along with their 3% royalty fee. If you're considering being a travel agent, DO NOT join Cruise Planners. They allowed their White owners to make hateful remarks against African American Holidays. Cruise Planners needs to get certified in diversity, equity and inclusion.

In response to CP, I never said you were not transparent with your fees. You didn't waive any of my fees because you put me on a payment plan to pay those high fees. I have 2 emails and attachments with all the fees you charged me.

My comments are NOT untrue. My conscious does not allow me to do that. I actually really adore Michelle Fee as she was the reason I joined CP. Your rewards mean nothing when I and other Black CP franchise owners have screenshots of derogatory comments from your White franchise owners hating against Black Holidays. I never said anything about CP not being diverse. Of course you have a few Black people that work for you but that wasn't the point of my comment.

Plus you kept all of my hard earned commissions and you kept my 200+ email contacts and still market to them.
