My husband and I did the 2 hour tour in June 2021 and it was wonderful. Our tour guide (Joe) was simply amazing. He was hilarious and he made the entire experience so fun and well worth it. This is definitely a good activity to do when you’re in the West Palm Beach area even if you have zero experience. I thought I was definitely going to be THAT person in the group who found a way to either tip over or collide into everything and I was surprised at how easy it was to maneuver. I was terrified but once I got outside it just came naturally. 100% recommended!

We love doing Segway tours the first day we arrive in a new place , it is a good way to learn the history of the city and also a great way to see the area. Our tour guide Broadway Joe was outstanding, wish we could have rode around all day with him. He was very informational and full of laughs. It was a great experience.

Broadway Joe was Great!! He made it fun from the time we got there until the time we left.
His training session was very good and he made learning how to use the Segway fun. Very knowledgeable and attention to detail!!

While on the tour his knowledge of the surrounding area was spot on.

We had a Great time!!!

Did a 2 hour tour on 09/17/2022. The weather said that it was going to Rain but it was my friends birthday so we went any way. Diego was fantastic and the rain barely started falling. Segways are always fun and Diego was funny and knowledgeable. if you have family in town. take them on a Segway tour with Diego. We received gift certificates for the 1 hour Segway tour for Christmas from our daughter, otherwise we probably wouldn’t have even thought about doing this. Our tour guide, Segway Sam, was fantastic!! He trained us before the tour and although I felt pretty wobbly, I was shockingly surprised how easy it was to maneuver once we got outside. Sam has a wealth of information about the area and pointed out some highlights that we would never have known was there. We highly recommend taking this tour, not only because it’s something different but because Sam made it very entertaining as well!!
