Not really what was advertised, taxi service doesn’t even honor the military, made wit my child sit on my lap for the return trip, clearly someone missed the point we were paying customers. Not using this service again, doing Sailfish Taxi if I come back to peanut Island, which in itself was subpar. Prefer John Pennekamp in Key Largo

We over packed, no need for anything more than a cooler and chairs and floats & snorkel gear.. plenty of shady picnic areas. You can even grill went over just for the day didn’t camp. Clean bathrooms showers to rinse off make sure you go during high tide or it gets pretty cloudy!! Wear water shoes the rocks are razor sharp!! Seen a manatee pretty little island if you have a board not a major paddle over definitely would recommend paddling urself rather than the ferry $20pp

If you’re going to enforce a “no alcohol” rule… you can’t profile people. I watched the same worker look at coolers and not check them at all, meanwhile she searched and re-searched our cooler several times digging deep in to find every single drink. We were respectful, it was 9:30 in the morning, and didn’t even bring that many drinks. It really dampened the mood before the day even started.

Amazing place to take the family. The water is beautiful. Fun for all taking the ferry over from Riviera Beach Marina. We will definitely visit again.

Everyone is very nice and friendly
The ferry takes about 15 minutes. We went on a weekend, and it was open from 8:30 am to buy tkts. First come, first serve. At 9am, we took off. They will check your cooler for alcohol as it is not permitted on the island. The ferry is every 20 minutes until it reaches full capacity on the island.
The last trip coming back is 5 pm.
Clean boats are very new.

Such a fun experience, the staff is super nice and friendly. This was my 1st time on peanut island and exceeded my expectations, I was able to rent snorkeling gear and it was worth it, the clear water was amazing and swimming in a band of fish was even better. 🌟 🤩 ⭐️ 🏝🌈🐠🐟❤️⛱️🐾🐕 ❤️👩🏻‍🦰

HORRIBLE I’m standing there for 1 hour by myself because my family went first and I had to go to GM buy some food for my kids before going to the island since there’s absolutely nothing there. They told me to come to the front and the lady told me I’ll be able to fit in the next shuttle. I’m saying there with heavy bad legs with food for my kids, 2 shuttles left, and even after 1 hour passed I was just left standing there. If it wouldn’t have been because I I couldn’t get a hold of my family I would have ask them to come back so we could go back home. From carrying all the bags for more than 1 hour my arms got blue and they started to feel wired. My 3 year old was starving… if you can get another way to make it to the island I would strongly suggest you to do so. Maybe other people had a better experience but me I had a terrible experience so if you chose this service please be aware that for absolutely no reason they might chose you as the lucky one to suffer and to make you kid starve
