I was referred to Stephen Valdez by a friend. I have to say it was the best experience i have had bying jewelry. It was upgrade time for my wife’s engagement ring. I sat down with Stephen and he worked within my budget to get me what I needed. He was quick, responssive at all times and his jeweler did a fantastic job setting the new larger ring into the original engagement ring. They even hooked me up with a little box. There was no way I was gonna give that to my wife without being on my knees. Thanks to Stephen and his team in getting this beautiful ring.

I had a great experience here. I chose a beautiful ring, but wanted a different stone to replace the one that was in it. Nichols and jeweler were extremely helpful, patient and informative helping me chose the perfect sapphire for my ring. It turned out beautiful!!

Nate the diamond rep representative is one of the best in the business. Every time I see him I get that warm fuzzy feeling that he actually cares. He explained to me what was wrong with my ring and took care of it and made me feel happy and comfortable. I highly recommend if anyone buys a ring to go to Florida diamond center and come see Nate.
