When I tell you the chef (Ethan) in the main lobby restaurant is amazing, I’m not exaggerating. The grouper special he made changed my life. This hotel is clean, all of the staff is nice (Michelle the bartender is so talented and kind), and the location is great. Thank you for a wonderful stay

This hotel was very accommodating. I had a complaint about the Wi-Fi kicking me off. I voiced my complaint and the staff did what they could to help remedy the issue. Other than that, this hotel is awesome! Great staff! At the front desk Sianna, Hailey, and Arianna were very helpful and I appreciated the daily greetings. Michelle was amazing in the restaurant and bar. Truly appreciated my stay at this hotel and will definitely be staying again when I return. ||- Dan

Thank you to the team at the Hilton Suncoast Parkway for a wonderful wedding weekend! We had our room block there and were able to enjoy a complimentary stay on our wedding night due to the number of rooms booked for the event. They also offered a complimentary shuttle for our guests to and from our venue, which was very helpful as many of our guests came from out of state. They even provided us with cheesecake and a bottle of champagne to celebrate our marriage! We had a great experience from start to finish.

The rooms were impeccably clean, and the staff was exceptionally friendly. As is my tradition when staying at a Hilton Garden Inn, I dined at the on-site restaurant, and it did not disappoint. I ordered the grilled Chicken BLT Wrap with fries. The wrap was flavorful and well-prepared, while the fries, though fresh-cut (not my personal preference), were expertly cooked and seasoned.

Although I didn’t use the gym during this visit, Hilton properties typically offer a well-equipped fitness center, and I have no doubt this location is no exception. One minor drawback was the lack of a comfortable outdoor lounging area beyond the pool. I enjoy relaxing outside, especially in the beautiful Florida weather, but couldn’t find a suitable spot for this.

Overall, it was a great experience, and I look forward to returning.

After a 5 day stay this facility has proven their ability to go above and beyond in guest comfort, cleanliness, and amenities!

The room was clean, down to the mattress as I always check THOROUGHLY for critters during travel. We had a standard double queen on the 6th floor.

Absolutely the quietest hotel I have ever stayed in. The sound proofing and door hydraulics were the best Ive ever seen at a mid level chain.

The pool was heated in December and beautiful! No hot tub, probably the biggest negative.

No continental breakfast but as a Gold member breakfast comps were given. We also enjoyed a drink and appetizer and dessert for dinner and our server/bartender was so personable and was from Wisconsin!

Overall this hotel is a gem and close enough to Tampa but far enough away to be quiet and tranquil.

From check in to check out I give the Hilton Garden Inn *|Arianna was such a warm welcome and very helpful!!!|Michelle took very good care of me serving a hot delicious meal every day with a smile to go with it. The cooks did a fabulous job you would think you ordered from a steak house. I recommend this Hilton to everyone I will be back. Excellent, Room was clean, pillow and bed were done every day. Johana our room keeper did an amazing work. Were are satisfied with our stay. Staff very friendly and polite. Great entertainment nearby, close to gas stations and supermarkets.

The hotel itself was nice. The staff comes off as friendly, but they were not at all receptive to what I was asking. We were supposed to have every other day room cleanings, but we didn't get any. ||Day 1 - Sheets were dirty on our bed. We were informed that there was no one to change them, so they gave us a set. ||Day 2 - Ran out of toilet paper, informed the desk, asked about room service, was given toilet paper, figured they'd come the next day.||Day 3 - Marked us down as "privacy" even tho we didn't have the sign on the door out. We had run out of towls, they gave us some, and I told them we needed room service.||Day 4 - Came back after the day with no service done, trash still piling up. Had to get more towels myself.||Checkout day there was only 1 person on duty, and no management. The person at the desk told us if breakfast hadn't been done, she could give us free breakfast. However, she wouldn't comp the one from the previous day. ||I talked to the Operations Manager who was very defensive. He said he couldn't believe we wouldn't have talked to him while we were there. He was never around, we tried. We talked to the people at the front desk. After 1 minute he informed me he was going to "disconnect the call". I said "You're going to hang up me?" He said yes. We talked for a couple more minutes, I said I wanted to talk to his boss. He said he'd tel him and hung up on me. It's been days, no call.||I will never stay at another Hilton as a result. Avoid this place. It's awful.
