First time trying checkers. I get the burger meal #4 and the chicken tenders. Food was really good. The staff were awesome!! Thanks to the gentleman who took my order and the manager does an excellent job with service and staff. I’ll be back soon. Also they have a drive thru for cars and a pedestrian window. That’s great to see.

I just wasted $12, one bite out of the sandwich, didn’t even touch the fries. I used to love Checkers/Rally’s I was disappointed when they closed the one near me. Saw the sign got excited, ended up disgusted. Everything was burnt, The fries were saturated in some kind of goo, if I were you, I would skip this location

Added cheese on all 4 combos, no cheese added. Upgraded to large fries and drinks and they tried to give me 4 value fries. I showed the girl my order and she dropped more fries in the fryer, but only gave me 2 large cups. Guess my 4 values make up the other 2 large I ordered? Should've dug in the bag further because there were only 3 nuggets. Really?!?!

Horrible they charge me for Sunday strawberry cheesecake Sunday two of them today never gave it to me yesterday the same thing for two days in a row they charge me for the food and I don’t even get everything. I will never recommend this place to no one because they don’t know how to do their job and when you go to ask them instead of putting your money back, they complain like I did something wrong not them.

I love to eat here when they do what they need to do!! Most days I come here and they are fantastic but other days I can’t explain what’s going on!! So now I have to put them on blast!! I ordered a Bufford sandwich with bacon and extra pickles, medium fries, with funnel cake fries ! I even asked were the fries fresh! I should have known that it was not true when I pulled up and all the staff was outside of the building!!! I was the only one in the drive thur and my order was not right!? My sandwich had soggy tomatoes and was cold!! To top it off my funnel cake fries that I ordered had more powered sugar in the bottom of the bag that I had on the fries! So I put my medium fries in the dust that was in the bottom of the bag and they were more like funnel cake fires than the ones that I had ordered I had ordered!! I made it work because I warmed it up when I got home. I wish I knew how to attach my photos to this review but I will post in photos!! CHECKERS DO BETTER!!

Horrible customer service. The guy from the drive through said i was a pain in the ass while ordering because i never had an AI get my order on a drive thru and i asked her to read my order back just to make sure she got my order correctly. The guy told my husband “he did not know he had his headset on while he said that rude comment about me ordering”. Some people just doesn’t deserve to work with customers. I’m glad AI is growing because apparently some people can’t handle a simple job. This was on February 21,2025 at 6:30pm.

This location is trash as hell! I spent $20 on food that I had to throw out. Employees attitudes suck along with the under cooked overly greasy food and then they forgot the mozzarella sticks so I went back through and the guy was all in his pant and on his phone and proceeded to grab the mozzarella sticks with his bare hands so I guess they don't use gloves when preparing/serving your food. I will never come back to this location again so disgusted and frustrated on the waste of money!
