This is a very convenient (new) location. Lots of restaurants very nearby and the rooms are adequate, however poorly designed. There's no light in the closet or nearby in the room that's useful to see in the closet. Seems like an oversight and maybe not all rooms are designed this way.
Water pressure is pathetic and only became "hot" when I was about to finish showering, really it just became warmer. Pathetic for a newly built hotel. Also, they have a water softening issue. The first time I stayed here a few weeks ago, I noticed how the soap never felt like it washed off in the sink and the shower. That is indicative of hard water. I mentioned to the desk to have a manager call me because they were in a meeting when I asked. Never received a call.
This is my second time staying here in 3 weeks and I love the location but my experience in the rooms have been sub par. Your experience may hopefully differ.

Had a three-week stay at this busy hotel. Despite the hustle and bustle, the experience was enjoyable. The standout feature was the breakfast—memorable with a great selection to start the day right. The staff managed the high volume well, ensuring a smooth and comfortable stay.

This newer property is fantastic! Immaculate, spacious, rooms well-insulated agst noise. Very good breakfast seating area & nice rooftop bar too. Finally, front desk people like Jonathan very courteous & attentive. Best chain hotel stay in a while.

We had a good 2 night stay here. Our room was very nice, comfortable, spacious and clean. Every area in the hotel was very clean. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was very nice with a step in shower.
The young lady working the desk was very nice. She offered me the choices for a Platinum Elite member, 500 points or $10 choice from the market. We picked up a small container (maybe 6 ounces) of ice cream. It was $11. We changed to points and went to Publix for two 1.5 pints of ice cream for $6.31.
The real trick here is the parking charges. $6 a day plus $2.06 taxes and service charges. It is hidden in the booking and not readily available to be seen so you have to go to Parking to find that. I was surprised because we are use to paying in city downtowns, but not when the hotel is in the middle of cow pastures. Scan the QR in the parking lot before you go in and it will save you a trip back to the parking lot to get your license number.
We didn’t know that dogs could be placed in any room or we wouldn’t have booked. We found out at breakfast on our last day with the dog in the breakfast area.

302, room was a bit dirty, carpet dirty, cooktop with burned food on it and bathroom hair left in shower, pullout couch bed felt like sleeping on rocks and missing towels.
One of staff just walked in the room without knocking , which was a bit weird when I caught the guy pushing a blue cart and spoke no English.!
Was granted a 45 minutes extended checkout passed 11am, but we were locked out of the room Which was a bit of a inconvenience convenience having to get new room keys…
The price for this room is not worth it. The major plus it’s close to or within walking distance of the sports complex is really the only thing I liked.
Yes, you have to pay for hotel parking separate and it fills up quick with only compact car parking left if your lucky to find one.

We stayed one night as we traveled back home from the frozen tundra. We booked it based on the location, but was pleasantly surprised with the hotel. It's attached to a huge sport complex.
The hotel is extremely clean and well kept. There are restaurants close by. The only downside was that the sky bar & restaurant in the hotel are closed on Sunday & Monday nights.

It was very disappointing to find out that it allowed the animals in all the rooms inside the hotel. I have a dog allergy and it would have been nice if they set aside some rooms that dogs are not allowed into.
This is a new hotel so it was pretty comfortable and nice.
Breakfast each morning was
good and hot. Front desk was very nice and helpful when I had a question. Their kitchens was stocked with pots and pans, silverware and some serving bowls but lacked a working can opener.

Joshua, Lincoln, and Zasmin are outstanding at the front desk. We have stayed at this location several times and are always treated kindly. We appreciate their attentiveness and the personable way we are treated.
