Jaimi and her team are absolutely incredible at what they do. I booked for both florals and day of coordination and she was always quick to reply when I had any questions or concerns and helped to ease the stress of wedding planning. Our day couldn’t have gone better, she really brought my vision to life & she ensured it went as smooth as possible. The florals were breathtaking and she provided excellent vendor recommendations to make for a picture perfect wedding. Jaimi helped us plan a destination wedding in just 10 months, and the process was seamless. We also hired I Choose You Events for our floral and design needs, which was the best decision ever! Jaimi also recommended an amazing DJ (Kurt at Gig Set Go), caterer (Catering by Amici's), and photographer (Amber McWhorter Photography). Being out of state, we really appreciated her local expertise and knowledge of St. Pete vendors.

Jaimi was both our planner and our florist for our wedding at the Tampa River Center. From the first time I spoke with her, I could sense her attention to detail and work ethic. She immediately had a plan of action to organize many complex elements of our wedding day, which immediately put me at ease. Throughout the planning process, she was always responsive, helpful, and kind. And no matter what my idea was, she was always there to help me figure out how we were going to make it happen. The day of the wedding, Jaimi executed everything absolutely flawlessly. Her ability to provide both planning and floral services is so unique and incredibly valuable - it truly made a world of a difference in the cohesion of every little detail. At the beginning of my planning process I was indecisive about picking a month of/day of planner and I’m so glad I chose to go with Jaimi. Not only did she keep up with me 2 months before my wedding, but she always made sure I was stress free. She is always down for a phone call no matter what she is doing to make sure your questions and concerns are answered. The day of my wedding I didn’t have much of an idea of how I wanted the decor to look but I trusted Jaimi and she made everything look perfect. Not only has she been doing this for a while but she is also a florist and literally made my bridal bouquet the morning of my wedding because I didn’t know what I was doing. Jaimi is worth her weight in gold. We hired her as our day of planner, and when we met up with her for the first time and shifted responsibilities over to her at 5 or 6 weeks out, we were finally able to sigh a huge sigh of relief! We originally hired her because we were required by our venue to hire someone - but in the end I’m not sure we would have survived the wedding experience without her!
She was phenomenal.

She decorated beautifully, handled all communications promptly, and made sure our day went as smoothly as possible. We had a perfect wedding day. She also felt more like part of the family than a stranger we’d hired - very personable and fun while maintaining professionalism. You will not regret handing that stress over to her when you are in the trenches of wedding planning! She’s got you covered.

I am writing this review about one week after my wedding and getting tearful. I have been working with Jaimi and her team for almost two years to plan my big day. From start to finish, Jaimi has been in my corner, providing guidance and support, and helping in every way possible. I needed a team that would carry out my vision while providing vendor management and ensuring a smooth, well-run event and they did not fall short on this; they exceeded our expectations! I am so happy to I added on the day of coordinator as well; Kim was so kind and provided the best assistance a bride could ask for. As for floral and decor, I could not be more pleased with how everything turned out. It was nearly identical to my vision and high quality! In short, if I had a chance to do wedding planning all over again, I would hire I Choose You Events in a heartbeat. My wedding would not have been so perfect if it weren't for Jaimi and her team.

I’ve been putting off writing this review because I don’t even know where to begin! When I first started planning my wedding, I thought I would only be interested in a day of coordinator…..until I met Jaimi.

Jaimi planned and designed our entire wedding as well as the florals for our rehearsal dinner & wedding. This woman does it all. And does it SO well. My flowers were one of my favorite parts of our wedding. She truly went above and beyond.

Jaimi is kind, funny, understanding, SO creative, and incredibly knowledgeable of the wedding industry. I quickly learned that she knows EVERYONE and is well loved by vendors for her organizational skills and personality.

From our first phone call, to planning meetings, to frantic late-night stress texts, Jaimi always made me feel supported and heard.

Jaimi was invested in our wedding and understood my vision even better than I did. She led us to the most amazing team of vendors who ensured we had a stress free wedding day. It really was the best day ever because of our team.

I Choose You Events are a group of people who are so passionate about what they do. By the end of the wedding process, I felt like Jaimi was more of a family member than a “just a vendor”. She and her team will forever hold a special place in my heart.
