Special Moments made my wedding dreams come true! Before booking Tammy as my planner I was getting the go around with so many vendors. They were making wedding planning nearly impossible and so so stressful. Once I booked Tammy and her team I felt an immense weight lifted off my shoulders! There were so many details that I never would have thought of that Tammy took care of for me. From rentals, florals, to the venue itself. Tammy knew who to talk to every step of the way. Her years of experience in the industry show. She is well connected and has a recommendation for every job. When the actual wedding day came, Tammy and her team were on top of everything. I would recommend Tammy and her team at Special Moments event planning 1000 times over, if you are looking for a wedding planner! They are the best of the best. We were referred by family friends and they were not wrong when they told us we would be in the best hands with Tammy. We went with her Royal Moments package and had the PERFECT day. This team really brought my vision to life!

One of the biggest helps was Tammy’s amazing relationships with her vendors. She had a person for everything you could think of and everyone was amazing to work with! Tammy especially saved us when our original venue was affected by Hurricane Helene and Milton and we could no longer hold our wedding there. Through her amazing connections, she was able to connect us right away with Tampa Bay Watch who had our same date available. It felt like a miracle and everything seemed like it had happened for a reason because it turned out even better and more beautiful than I could have imagined.

Tammy was organized, communicative, and really thought of everything and took care of everything for the day of. There was no stone unturned! The Ceremony and Reception set up could not have been more perfect and everything went so smoothly. It was everything we dreamed of.

We received so many compliments of the day and so many people told us it was the best wedding they had ever been to! We will never forget this day and how amazing it was. We can’t thank Tammy and her Team at Special Moments enough. 🤍

Tammy and her team at Special Moments Events are absolutely incredible! Planning a wedding is stressful enough, but we faced two back-to-back hurricanes, a destroyed venue, and had to relocate everything just two weeks before our big day. Tammy handled it all with grace, professionalism, and a level of expertise that truly saved our wedding. Tammy is very fast and responsive to texts/calls and emails. My wedding party was very impressed upon meeting her at our rehearsal as she was very well organized, anticipated needs and had us feeling very confident for everything to go smoothly the day of. While leading up to the big day is always very stressful , once the day finally came I was completely stress free as I knew Tammy and the team would be able to take care of the day. If there is one piece of advice I can give to whoever is reading this google review, it is to BOOK SPECIAL MOMENTS FOR YOUR EVENTS!!! My husband and I have absolutely 0 regrets, but we would have had one million regrets had we not had the Special Moments team with us. When I tell you that I did not have to worry about anything, I truly mean it. Personally, I worked with Tammy, Melissa, and Jen the most. Each and every one of them were an absolutely gem and took every single worry I had upon themselves to alleviate. Leading up to the wedding, Tammy, the master planner, was always on top of literally everything. For the year that we spent planning our wedding of over 200 guests, she would answer phone calls, text messages, and emails in a very timely manner, and would constantly update us on everything. Fast forward to wedding day, we did not have to worry about a single thing. Tammy and her crew made sure that everything was absolutely perfect and spot on. They treated my husband and I like king and queen! Not to mention, our families absolutely loved her and the rest of the team! We have recommended Tammy to all of our family and friends. Many of which have either already used the team or have booked them for their future weddings! Do yourself a favor and book Special Moments. They are worth every penny and more! Being an out of state bride to be is hard….and planning that wedding out of state more than 1100 miles away is even harder. I did a lot of research when looking for a wedding planner as I knew trying to do it on my own would not be the best idea. Special Moments stuck out to me when I found them. I was able to set up an intro call with Tammy, which was extremely helpful. She was honest, told me what I could expect, what they could do for me, and comforted me with the fact that she has helped plan A TON of out of state weddings. Based on that conversation, we absolutely picked Special Moments to help us make our big day possible. We selected the partial planning package and let me tell you, that was the perfect option for us! We hit some bumps in the road as we were planning but Tammy constantly reassured us that everything would be fine and made sure of that! She helped us find hotel blocks, created our seating chart and name tags, let us ship several items to her warehouse for the rehearsal dinner, and more! She is extremely responsive, detail oriented, and passionate about making your vision come to life. I have told everyone that our wedding day went absolutely perfect and if anything went wrong, I had no idea! It was truly the most smooth day and I attribute a lot of that to Tammy’s guidance! I can’t recommend the services enough!
