Came into Black Bear Diner. The food and service was Great. I’d like to give a shout out to Erica, she prepared my meal after being berated and humiliated,by who I can assume, was the manager on duty. Degrading is the best word to describe the language she used towards Erica.
Kudos to the kitchen staff and the wait staff despite the “I can run this place by myself’ demeanor of the manager. Do Better!

Professional service & class...from Jeanette & Cisco in the service department & Amanda at the Diner.

We stopped here to have a tire replaced on our trailer & had a great lunch. The diner was incredibly busy but they kept things moving and our waitress was awesome. The food was delicious & affordable.

The cashier at 3:30 ( older Caucasian with short hair and glasses) was extremely rude and I watched her give a man in front of me attitude when he looked like he was struggling to understand her, when he left I watched her curse underneath her breath the entire time. She needs to learn patience with customers and control her mouth in front of other customers

Wonderful place, very clean restrooms. This facility has plenty of truck parking, hot fresh coffee. The restaurant was excellent ?, hats off to the cook. He did an excellent job on our food. Service could have been better, but some people don't care about customers. Other than that it was great experience.

We've been spending a lot of time on the road. And have noticed that their gas is generally less expensive than the other places. Recently they have remodeled the restaurant since Black Bear diner bought it. Have not eaten there as of yet. But I've heard lots of things about it. The lady employee running the registers are always so sweet and kind. Lots of snacks as well here.

Clean truck stop, but they do not honor posted prices on merchandise. Was told the was the deal from 2 weeks ago. The clerk didn't even bother talking down the sign.
