Alright, ive heard of the past owner being amazing. Yet under new ownership, it was horrible. Being yelled at on a vacation was not a plan that i would like. I am not an adult, and i was yelled at by a full adult. i was honestly scared. the location is alright but the beaches are rocky and very uncomfortable. the people in the park are nice and great people but the fun is when we are on the water. the lagoon here is nice and all, but this park needs a quick redo. I get it that its a old park and its faulty but thats no reason to yell out at a kid that did nothing wrong. On weekends with holidays, 4th of July, Memorial Day, and New years are big weekends for the park. This park was great, and it can be better. The rules are strict but i understand on the reasoning because it can get the owners in trouble if something happens, but seriously please loosen rules.

While the store is looking better than it had in the past. I have to say that the new owners/management are extremely rude!!
The laundry machine’s are for the most part all broken and have been for at least the last year.
So far this year I have yet see even an effort of trying to be somewhat civil with their own customers!!!!
RUDE,JUDGMENTAL AND A VERY UNCOMFORTABLE PLACE TO SPEND ANY TIME IN!!

((UPDATE))
I’m very happy to see that as of late I have seen a lot of improvement in working equipment.
But most important the atmosphere people working together and the smiles were genuine.

Extremely rude and screamed at me. I don’t care how bad your day is. Don’t take it out on a customer that has nothing to do with personal problems. I have been coming to this place for six years now. A friend asked me to pick up a package for her. I gladly made the 40 mile trip to also see about how renovations on the resort were coming. The manager was screaming at everyone and almost attacked me when she found out that a patron had made a request for me to pick up her mail while she was out of town. I miss the people who used to run the resort. I guess I will not be renting or buying anything there ever.

The staff here are the friendliest people on the planet! This is a country store with everything from food to hardware. They also have a laundromat with perfectly priced machines and dryers. If you're traveling and need a shower you can take one for 8 bucks. This place I would consider a Oasis just across the river from Blythe.

Very old Mobil home park and 5 overnight spaces camp spaces.
Doubled the rent in one day. Friends stayed for $30 a night. When I walked in to the office I was asked if I had a reservation which I did not charged $60 no other overnight campers.
Laundry facilities all machines broken no supplies for laundry.
Place is in need of some TLC

Was looking for a decent beer selection and found it. This place has the most beers around and they’re cold. Surprisingly hard to find in this area.
