This is a spacious condo with beautiful views. Kitchen fully equipped (loved the dual coffee maker), washer/dryer worked well, parking was easy and especially liked that all windows could be opened for gulf breezes. Screened in balcony allowed for sliders to be open at any time and was extremely roomy with eating area as well as sitting area. Working with Sea Breeze Vacation was a definite plus. Sara and her team were extremely professional and helpful at all times and communication was excellent.

We stayed at a Seabreeze managed property at Bradenton Beach Club. We’ve stayed at BBC before, this was the most well appointed unit we’ve stayed in. It had everything we could possibly need from linens, kitchen gear, toiletries, beach chairs / cart / umbrella etc. We have already rebooked for next year!

We recently stayed Island Retreat on Holmes Beach. It was perfect for us. Very clean, quiet and comfortable. 5 minute walk to Manatee Beach and everything we wanted.
We will definitely stay there again. We somehow got locked out of our condo but within minutes it was resolved. Excellent and professional service by SeaBreeze Vacation.
Hoping a grill will be added for our next visit. 🤞

We enjoyed our week at Anchor Splash that we booked with SeaBreeze Vacation. The home was as pictured. We loved the location and the pool. The entire transaction was very easy and they kept in touch by text the entire time. I would definitely book with them again!

The staff at SeaBreeze was able to help us book a spontaneous vacation with only one and a half days notice. Everything was seamless and their rentals even come with the free use of a golf cart so that was one less thing that we had to set up. Our property was Bean Point Retreat which is in a perfect location with lovely beach access, included a pool and hot tub that worked perfectly, and the surprise to us was the rooftop deck, which gave amazing views.

We have stayed numerous times in Anna Maria Island and this property is the best so far! It is very well located - short walk to the beach and also the trolley bus stop. The property itself is ideal for a couple with plenty of space in both the living area and the bedroom. The kitchen has very modern appliances and there is a very useful utility room with washer/dryer. We would definitely recommend this property.

Renting this gorgeous home was the highlight of our summer. Location is so close to the beach, restaurants, pharmacy and supermarket. The golf cart included with the rental was a perfect way to move around.

The house itself was being gorgeous. The decoration is phenomenal, kitchen appliances were excellent (two fridges in rye kitchen and another by the garage!Two dishwashers…). We had everything we needed and something else.

The pool had an alarm that we couldn’t figure out and their rental team
Was extremely patient and caring to help us out.

The elevator and the EV charger was also very helpful.

We can’t wait to go back again!

Truly fabulous house across the street from the beach! Plenty of bedrooms. Great kitchen space and well stocked. Pool and hot tub so relaxing. Sea Breeze staff were very responsive for the whole stay. Would love to come back again!
