Went to celebrate a milestone family birthday. The staff is family and were great. They paid attention to all my requests including birthday balloons. Towel exchange worked well and the patio area in front of the room let us enjoy the weather even more. Pool was fun and very clean.
Great and easy access to a beautiful beach. Met some great familiies and thats what this whole place is... a family and old school vibe. Hard to find these days. Thanks again guys for making a trip so special to my family!

We love the older Florida motels but sometimes wonder when we book sight unseen. I hesitated only because they don't have a pool. I was the told we could swim at their other property White Sands which is 3 blocks away. The property is older but very clean and the staff very friendly. The facilities are almost on the beach and VERY quiet. To me, Tripical Breeze is perfect for couples and White Sands for families. We stayed in #24 a large 1 room with kitchen and sofa. Plenty of room. We'd definitely stay here again, just not the week of July 4th.

Our room was a motel room. It was spacious, had a stove, refrigerator and microwave, king bed, a pull out sofa, a shower outside for the beach, a nice little patio area outside with a relaxing fountain, 1 minute (if that) walk to the beach and a fireplace heater on the wall. The staff is friendly and very informative. Our stay was also affordable. I would absolutely stay here again.

We stayed for one night in Tropical Breezes which is a part of White Sands Resort. This place had the old Florida tourist guest house charm on the outside, but it had been fully upgraded inside with a nicely equipped little kitchen and a living area with flat screen TV. The bedroom had comfortable bedding, flat screen TV and faux fireplace. This section of rooms does not actually face the beach, but grab your towel and walk a few steps and you are right on the beach. Ana Maria has become very busy and you will find lots of restaurants nearby as well as a free town trolley outside your door. White Sands is second generation family owned and run, and the owner was happy to chat with us and give us the history. This is not a luxury hotel, but works really well for a beach vacation. We enjoyed our short time there and would return.

The cottages are very close to the beach, comfortable, and the price is great. Loved being able to use the sister property- White Sands' pool. The staff was friendly, especially Linda, which we appreciated since we had just buried our mother with whom we had gone many times to the White Sands as kids. Would happily stay at Tropic Breeze again.

Sister properti of the White Sandd Beach resort. Charming older property that's been updated with new flat screen TV's,and, updated interiors. Most rooms have new beds that are so comfortable you won't ever want to leave. Great location. Super nice owners! A hiden little gem.this native is glad to have found. Mischa R.

Older property with the charm of old Florida beach hotels. Clean, quiet and updated. Enjoyed early morning coffee on the beach and beautiful sunsets. Sister property ameneties like pool, etc were great. Loved the cleaning lady who was in charge, personality PLUS. Anticipated our needs and went out of her way!!!

Clear aquamarine water, white sugar sand. Tropical Breeze Beach Club is the ideal place to stay. Large eat in kitchen, living room, bedroom and bathroom. Even a faux fireplace! I've stayed there many times for 4 years.
I've stayed at many different beaches all over Florida, and this place is the best!!!
