Amazing!! Best dinner I’ve had in AMI. My husband and I got to go out for a dinner without our kids and had such a fun evening here! The blue martini was perfect as was the raspberry mocha espresso martini. Had the calamari, and red snapper, my husband had the NY Strip and mashed potatoes. Everything was top notch, perfectly cooked and left me full!

My partner and I visited The Chateau on Anna Maria for Valentine’s Day, eager to enjoy their special three-course menu. We had high expectations, and while the evening started with a small hiccup, it ultimately turned into a fantastic dining experience.

Upon arrival, we were seated promptly, but unfortunately, we waited about 20 minutes before being acknowledged by our server. The way the situation was handled truly impressed us. The hostess personally came to our table, sincerely apologized, and ensured that we were taken care of from that moment on. Her professionalism and maturity in addressing the issue turned what could have been a negative experience into a moment of genuine hospitality.

The food was nothing short of spectacular. Each dish showcased unique and well-balanced flavors that felt thoughtfully curated for the occasion.

• Salad: The Caesar salad was fresh, crisp, and dressed to perfection—not overly drenched, but just enough to enhance the flavors without overwhelming the greens.

• Entrées: The fish I ordered was cooked flawlessly—moist, flaky, and seasoned beautifully. My partner opted for the lobster, and he couldn’t stop raving about it. He also claimed the mashed potatoes were the best he’s ever had, which is no small compliment!

• Dessert: While we didn’t mention dessert in detail earlier, if it matched the quality of the first two courses, we have no doubt it was exceptional.

The atmosphere of The Chateau was elegant yet inviting—perfect for a romantic Valentine’s Day dinner. The setting added to the overall experience, making it feel like a truly special evening. Despite the initial service delay, the way the staff handled it, combined with the outstanding food, made for a wonderful experience. We left feeling satisfied and appreciated as guests. We would absolutely return and recommend The Chateau on Anna Maria to anyone looking for a high-quality dining experience with impeccable flavors and thoughtful service.

Valentine's Dinner at The Chateau was perfect! We chose the earliest reservation (4:15pm - because, well, we're oldish!)

The prix fixe menu was delightful and had a lot of great choices. We had the chateaubriand (surprise, it came with a lobster tail !) Very delish and the perfect temperature. We also had the Bronzino which was also delicious (but watch out for those fish bones!)

The dessert choices were great and we chose the Chocolate Eruption cake and the cheesecake - both were delish!

Shoutout to our server who took such good care of us (totally forgot her name and if I remember it, I'll update my post but we did take a picture with her).*update, our server was Sara M. **. I appreciate her making my early birthday and our engagement celebration a little special!

Also, shoutout to the Staff at the front check in area for scrounging up a sewing kit for me because my dress strap was about 2 seconds from breaking!

We go here on a regular basis because we live nearby, for us it's an easy nice night out. We either sit by the bar and share a plate of something and have a couple nice cocktails or we book a table and have a proper meal with wine and cocktails. Food is good but sometimes a little hit or miss. Dining room is lovely for the Island, a little bit more up market if your fed up of beach bars. Staff are friendly and helpful. It's a little hard to get through on their phones so make sure and call back if nobody answers. Overall a definite weekly place to go to.

Great food- highly recommend the pork loin, chef's choice steak and red snapper. The calamari appetizer just melted in your mouth. The crab cake was delicious too. We also ordered the seafood tower. For the price, there wasn't a lot on the platter - would skip this next time. The waitress was attentive and the food timing between appetizers and main courses was well timed. Don't forget the chocolate torte which everyone loved at our table!

The service and atmosphere was great. The food, not so much. The vegetable risotto was undercooked and consisted of 5 pieces of mushroom 4 pieces of carrots and 3 cooked tomatoes.

We arrived for the happy hour 3 course meal, the drinks were supped to be on special as well before 5, unfortunately the hostess informed our waiter that our $18 martinis were not included only after we started drinking them. (The waiter was excellent)

The fish entree was dry and overcooked. We had high hopes, unfortunately the food was was not good at all.
