Obviously, location is good. However, the bed actually had a huge hole in the middle which made for a very uncomfortable stay and we tried sleeping on the sofa bed to get rest. The sofa bed in the living room was even worse. Paper thin. It is a bit confusing why they would have such a nice location but the bed and the sofa bed are not livable. There was some construction also happening on property that was quite noisy. However, we would not book here again due to the beds. Which should tell you. A decent bed is not very expensive but this property is scamming people out of money because of location. The bed and the couch will give you back problems. It would be better to stay at another location that didn't cheap out on the beds.

Was a beautiful holiday with my family and friends and i will like to say a beautiful thank you to all the team. Service and entertainment team animation especially Anastasia with my kid's every day and in darts at game and we will like to say thanks to the all service at pool good job and. This is all about location. Beds are not very expensive and typically you don't expect to role into the middle of a bed due to the giant hole in the middle while you are sleeping but this was our experience. The sofa bed was even worse. Obviously - it is easy to buy a new bed but according to previous reviews they don't think it is necessary due to the location. However, not sleeping well for a week is not ideal. Traveling from out of state it would be better to stay elsewhere. beware

Stayed in unit 6 for 4 nights with my husband and daughter, we were actually shocked at the state of the sofa bed, its utterly disgusting and needs to go to the dump! It was covered in dirty brown stains and is so thin that we could feel every spring poking through, not to mention the noise out of it when you turn over. The master bed isnt overly comfortable either and is very small, plus they only provided 1 small pillow each, not even a 4th pillow, so if we'd of had our other child with us they'd of had no pillow, had to go to walmart to get more. We decided to drive down to the Vacassa office on Anna Maria to discuss with them the problem only to be met by signs on the door saying they do not accept any face to face contact! To ring the office number .. bit annoying as we are from the UK and our international phones couldnt make calls , so once we sorted the phone issue out, we then rang the number only to be put through to a central vacasssa call center in France! We explained the issue, they said they would contact the Anna Maria office and to wait to hear ....what a palava when we could of just popped into the office. Anyway, didnt hear anything, then the next day a lovely young man from Vacassa appeared at the unit (good job we were in as had no notification of him coming) carrying a blow up camp bed ! We told him thats not an acceptable alternative, we were'nt there camping and to be fair he agreed and said he had reported the camp bed numerous times to the unit owner who just keeps saying he'll sort it but doesnt. Vacassa then said they had told the owner to replace the sofa bed within 24hrs ...wasnt done...in the end our 4 days were finished (we hardly slept) in fairness to Vacassa they offered us some compensation, but i dont understand how they are allowing the owner to continue to rent this property, especially the price they charge. The bathroom was also run down, sink not sealed to the wall properly, no where to put your toiletries in the shower, everything has to sit on the floor. Oh, and as for the air con unit .. sounds like a fighter jet about to take off, extremely noisy! On the plus side, the pool is beautiful and the location, weve been coming to Anna Maria for 15 years and this is the worse accommodation weve ever stayed in, i would also not book with vacassa again only because its a pain to get in touch if something is wrong and then waiting for them to respond.

I am utterly appalled by the lack of professionalism displayed by Vacasa during what was supposed to be a much-needed getaway. My reservation, which had been confirmed well in advance, was inexplicably canceled just 1.5 hours before check-in. This was not only inconvenient but incredibly stressful as I was already en route to Anna Maria Island with my family.||The timing of the cancellation left us with no viable alternatives, and we were forced to scramble to find last-minute accommodations during peak season. The lack of communication and complete disregard for our plans was shocking. When I reached out to customer service, the response was dismissive, offering no adequate explanation or genuine apology.||This experience ruined what was supposed to be a relaxing vacation. I would strongly advise anyone considering booking Vacasato think twice. The risk of having your plans completely upended at the last minute is not worth it. I will never book with them again and recommend others steer clear as well.

I was very satisfied with this hotel, food in the main restaurant is delicious and also you have multiple choice from ala carte restaurants. We loved the slides and also we could rest by the quite pool. Service here is also very good, everyone is nice and carrying. Also I would like to mention animation team that make a very good job always make sure we know what event is on the program and make very nice activities during whole day.

3rd year going to AMI. This is the most disappointing place we have stayed. It is not set up for 4 people. It is right beside a construction site and not disclosed. The pool is not heated. It is not cute or quaint it is small and uncomfortable. If you have 4 people and the couch is pulled out there is nowhere to sit and relax. The beds are terribly uncomfortable. The thermostat is set to 70 - muggy and the fans are noisy. I had to do laundry numerous times on vacation since only 4towels were provided for 4 people staying 6 nights. The floors get sandy which is expected at the beach - so I would expect to have a broom. Nope. The parking is too tight.
