Highly recommend Stefanie and her team. Our venue required a day-of planner, and we’re so glad they referred us to Swanky. From the get-go, Stefanie was on the ball and attentive to our needs — which meant a lot since we were planning our Florida wedding from out of state. It was also a cross cultural wedding (Pakitani and white) — she had tons of great ideas to cater to our cultural needs. She was our eyes and ears on the ground, getting things in order for our big day. And on the day of, she managed our whole schedule for the day , including syncing with vendors and our venue. She’s very organized, very fun and lighthearted, and doesn’t get fazed by surprises. She handled a bunch of moving parts including special accommodations for some of our vendors. The value she provides is well worth the price (peace of mind is worth it!) . I’d recommend Stefanie to anyone looking for a perfect wedding. You shouldn’t be stressed on your big day! I cannot say enough good things about the swanky team!! I honestly wasn’t planning to hire a wedding planner at first because I thought could do it on my own but my mom convinced me to upgrade to the design package and it was the best decision we ever made! There are so many moving parts when it comes to wedding planning and the swanky team made it so easy. From the first meeting they were extremely attentive and organized. They listened to what I had to say and helped my vision come to life while also keeping our budget in mind.

Then come the wedding day, everything was beautiful and ran smoothly because of swanky (s/o Stefanie, you’re the best). They were there if we needed anything at all and went above and beyond to ensure that we enjoyed our wedding day without any stress. I could not recommend them more!!!

Our wedding day in January 2024 would never have been as beautiful or smooth without the Swanky Soiree team! My husband and I live in Denver but decided to have our wedding in Longboat Key. We knew we would be using Swanky for month of planning, but we decided to upgrade to their design package, too. Wedding planning is stressful enough, and I couldn't imagine having to select, order and deal with shipping logistics for all the decor, rentals, stationery, florals, etc. on our own. We shared a high-level vision with Christina and Stefanie, and they helped bring it to life in the most beautiful way. They were communicative throughout the process and helped answer lots of random questions I had. Stefanie and Elizabeth made the rehearsal and wedding day completely stress free. The day went so smoothly, and if there were any hiccups at all, they must have handled them because I didn't hear of any. I'd definitely recommend Swanky to help with any or all of your wedding planning needs!

I am not kidding when I say that Swanky Soiree is the best wedding planner I could have imagined. Everyone from their team was professional, creative, and responsive. We had a destination wedding and they were so helpful with being the "in person" connection in FL while we were not there. The team would go out of their way for our requests frequently. Our day was flawless and it wouldn't have been so perfect without them. Their inventory of candles, invitation boxes, cake stands, and more was such a great bonus! Additionally, they have a wide network of florists, photographers, linen companies, chair rentals and more that are trusted vendors who were familiar with our venue. Their team will also help with designing items like menus, signage, etc, which was so helpful for us! I could not recommend their full planning package enough, it was the best decision we made!
