Applicants beware. I worked here for almost 3 years between 2021 and 2023. Due to a health issue, I had to go on leave. Within 30 days my position was replaced. The day after my leave ended, I was terminated. Numerous changes were implemented on my team within weeks of me going on leave.

I poured my soul into my position. I ended up understanding what it felt like to be a number and someone who never truly was valued.

The work culture at the office is toxic with many cliques that leads to gossip and not being able to get work done efficiently. Interdepartmental work is key but is a disaster at this organization.

For being a family company, they are truly only concerned about the bottom line. No Holiday party when they’re a family company and have the second largest building in FL to host one; it speaks volumes about what’s truly important to the Feld family.

After I was fired, I reached out to a few past colleagues for recommendations and the entire department received a memo they are not allowed to endorse or recommend me on any platform.

This place truly went from what felt like a dream gig to being a nightmare through and through.

The owner is extremely condescending and rude. They will take no responsibility for giving bad information and don't offer refunds. They only try to get you to spend more money and attend more of their events. I was really happy with the event but really disappointed in the attitude and lack of customer service by the person who answered the phone and claimed he was the owner of this production company. The bad information made me miss a part of the event for my child.

Real neat event facility that can accommodate anything from a CrossFit competition to a full three ring circus.

Amazing staff, super friendly and professional, always ready to lend a hand and always smiling.

Facility itself is massive and has the capability of being fully rigged in the rafters. Several large warehouses are available and may be connected, and it looks like it even has rail access.

Masters of Bait & Switch. Great shows but their ticketing practices are disgusting. They know that once a patron goes down the path of ordering tickets they are unlikely to back out because of a few added fees. Unfortunately, those fees have continued to balloon and become so obfuscated that I will no longer do business with them. Adding a couple of dollars is one thing. Trying to bury and extract another 40% might give P.T. Barnum a rise, but should drive everyone else away. Don't fall for it.

My family and I just left the Monster Jam event in Tampa, FL and I have to say the event didn't last long at all. We ended up paying $43 dollars to park off stadium grounds that can be understandable. But when the event ended the wife, kids and myself want d to get some pictures of the monster trucks lined up. Once we walked down to the lower level we had officers yelling at us to leave and event staff members doing the same. This was very very unprofessional and uncalled for! If it wasn't for the spectators this show would not exist and the team members would not have to worry about yelling at people who pay for there service. Oh but it was ok if you were standing in a line to buy merchandise. We have been attending theses events for years and this may just be our last time.

The rudest and most unprofessional customer service representative (Mark) I have ever dealt with. I had reached out to customer service via email prior to calling and got no response. When I called, I was treated with no respect and the representative was condescending towards me. There was absolutely no attempt to help me solve my problem. When I asked to speak with someone else, he told me he was the only person there. There are 3,000 people that work for Feld Entertainment, and there is only 1 customer service rep, I find that hard to believe. When I asked who he reported to, he said Human Resources, but was unable to connect me. I couldn't believe the treatment I received from them. Unacceptable.
