What a amazing day getting a tour of the Arizona area in Mitch’s helicopter! An experience of a lifetime and absolutely the best way to explore the vast landscape and breathtaking terrain Arizona has to offer, from the Grand Canyon to the painted desert, to a giant meteor crater, we saw Kingdom things impossible to see on foot. A huge thank you to H5 for their professional top shelf service and Mitch for his amazing patience with our small children enjoying the sounds of their own voices through the headsets 🙂

Mitch and Nelson blessed us above and beyond expectations. From Scottsdale to Sedona’s Seven Canyon’s through Oak Creek Canyon across the high plains of Arizona to the Grand Canyon. Breathtaking! Following a quick stop at Grand Canyon Airport, Mitch presented the Grand Canyon as we’ve never seen before. After hovering and taking in picture perfect scenes we followed the Little Colorado, dropped over the edge and traversed along the canyon walls up close and personal. AMAZING!!! On to the Painted Desert where we were mesmerized with ancient formations that could only be carved by the hand of God. Thank you gentlemen. We will be repeat adventurers.

Amazing and unforgettable experience. The staff is super friendly and supportive. I asked for a customized tour and they managed to taylor a fantastic ride across Arizona Grand Canyon, Painted Desert, Sedona and Meteor Crater. Nelson is great, Mitch the owner and pilot is a fantastic guy and drives the aircraft with absolute confidence and safety. Really a once in a lifetime experience. Thank you H5!!!

See most of Arizona and a little Utah in one fantastic day!

H5 Helicopters was recommend by the Four Seasons Scottsdale when I was looking for a reliable and safe company to go on a day tour with my wife. It was supposed to be a surprise with her and the Four Seasons worked with Nelson at H5 to come up with the perfect itinerary and a way we could pull off the surprise.
It ended up being the perfect day! Not only did we pull off the surprise we also had the most amazing day trip all over Arizona! Mitch was our pilot and he was amazing, not only did he instill a sense of safety and professionalism, he was the perfect guide around this wonderful state. The helicopter picked us up in Troon North and when we got on, there were snacks, water and champagne, The helicopter was in perfect shape, clean and equipped with many safety features. We felt super safe and that remained all day long. From Troon North we flew over ever changing and super interesting landscape north to Lake Powell to land on a butte in Utah, Just us next to the rim in the desert. We got off to walk around and collect rocks, enjoying the amazing view. Then we went on to Page to refuel, then on to Horseshoe Bend and the Grand Canyon, from there to Meteor Crater and on to land in Sedona for lunch and Pink Jeep tour. We got back to the airport with Mitch waiting for us and going around storms went back to Troon North after going over the Four Seasons to wave to the rest of the family. A truly unforgettable day!
Mitch made us feel safe the entire time and he truly cared about our wishes, going over here, sure, look at that, sure, bank left for a photo, sure. He kept us entertained with stories and we had wonderful conversations. The helicopter was really well balanced and there was almost no vibration. I am not great with heights usually and was a bit concerned before the trip but I was comfortable all the way.
I can only recommend H5 for trips short and long (ours was from 8:30am to 7:30pm), a fantastic company offering a brilliant experience!

We had the best experience working with H5 Helicopters for our wedding! We had the idea to have a non-traditional wedding, and my husband reached out to Nelson with an idea to charter a helicopter from Scottsdale to Sedona. From the moment we reached it, the process was incredibly smooth and transparent! They made our wedding the best day of our lives! They treated us like VIPs from the moment we showed up at the hangar. Our pilot Jeff was also incredibly kind and accommodating to our needs. I can’t say enough amazing things about how incredible the team was. I am also a bit afraid of heights, and I felt totally safe the entire time! Thank you, H5, for making our dream wedding come true!!!!

Such a once in a lifetime experience! I cannot say enough good things about this company. My husband and I live in Georgia, but have visited Arizona a ton to see family and enjoy the breathtaking scenery. Nelson and Mitch helped me plan the most amazing anniversary surprise for my husband. We were picked up from our hotel at the time of our choosing. We left from their beautiful private hangar and had a 3.5hr tour of the meteor crater, the painted desert, and the mountains of Sedona. We landed for a quick walk through a small unknown cave, and Nelson arranged for a delicious charcuterie board and champagne to snack on before the trip back. There is NOTHING like dipping into a canyon just feet from the ground. It was soooo fun! We even saw wild horses, antelope, and elk. G5 can arrange any length trip. I thought a few hours might feel tedious after a while, but it did not! The trip could have been 10 hours and I still would have been sad to land. I hope to come back soon!

If there were 10 Stars I would click it.. Nelson helped me put together the most amazing birthday surprise adventure for my wife.. Mitch gave us a spectacular flight to breathtaking overlook of Lake Roosevelt. Brought table, chairs and we had a sunset sushi dinner on a mountain top EPIC!!!!
Sunset flight back was amazing... Will never forget the experience!!!
