I planned this trip on a whim, less than two weeks to sailing, and I found Les and Dream Vacations while I was looking online for a comparison price. In one phone call, Les took me through the full process of planning and booking my first cruise. His extensive personal experience with cruising was invaluable, with both practical insights and shear enthusiasm to recommend cruising as a great way to experience hassle-free traveling. To top it off, he found me a better room (an outside stateroom with a porthole view vs. an inside stateroom), and the entire cruise cost over 50% less than the first estimate I received from another online travel agent. I had a terrific experience on my cruise, and felt great about the booking process and the cost!

Our trip was THE BEST! Literally what dreams are made of. Initially, I was apprehensive about travelling with kids internationally (age 6+8) but all my questions were answered/worries erased. Pre-trip communication was fantastic, and once on our way, we had seamless transitions, easy transport, and well organized tours/guides. Great travel agency experience! My family had never been on a cruise before and didn't know what to expect. They not only found us the cruise line that was right for our price range and expectations but also walked us through everything we needed to be SURE for travel...such as all the documentation we needed to be sure to have. They also informed us of the detailed processes on a cruise. Therefore, there were no surprises and the kids knew what to expect! Dream Vacations Trapper, Shane Smartt & Associates, knew all the ins and outs of all the different cruise lines; which made our choice easier. I have recommended this agency to friends that I know, as well, and they have continued to use them for multiple cruise vacations! I will definitly Set Sail and Dream with Trapper and Shane again!

This was my first Virgin Voyages cruise and boy did it far exceed my expectations! Trapper made my parents' retirement trip so special! He gave us honest, helpful suggestions and was so quick to answer my (many) questions! Seeing my parents, who don't travel often, enjoying themselves and feeling like everything was taken care of was so special to me.
