We stay here several times a year to visit family. Considering the location, you're not really given much more of a choice if you want to stay in a decent place IN Bonifay. Our stays are usually 3+ nights. We greatly appreciate the cleaning staff Amanda and David; they always make sure we have a clean room and any supplies we need. The staff is friendly and helpful. I have noticed that the rooms are starting to show some signs of aging/wear and a good check up by maintenance might be needed. The electrical panel on on the bedside table was "iffy" and didnt charge most of our stuff - the water pressure on the 3rd floor is super poor and the fridge (we think) made a constant whining noise. The blinds were also broke. Nothing DIRTY or out right horrible just little things that need to be addressed. We are thrilled that we have this option so close to our son (minutes!) and we appreciate the hard work the staff puts in to keep our stays positive. Oh - skip the breakfast. Not sure what changed, but it wasnt enjoyable this last stay.

We had a good first stay at this hotel. Even though it was more expensive than other options in the area, the hotel was clean, everything was well-maintained and the staff were friendly and helpful. (The reviews for other local hotels left some doubt on their cleanliness.) The room was a good size, and the bed was comfortable. TV worked great, Wi-Fi worked, and there were easy-to-access plugs and charging ports. There was a functional refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker (which I did not use as I don't drink coffee). I only stayed one night, so we did not use the dresser area, but there seemed to be a good amount of storage, and a desk area.

The included breakfast was pretty good, with a good variety of options, and they did not run out of anything even though I was there near the end. The juice options were not great, but better than nothing. The location included a couple of fast food places in easy walking distance.

When we checked in, the nice lady offered to sign me up for IHG rewards, so I did.

I stayed here 2 times, one coming from Florida to Texas and second time 2 weeks later going back to Florida from Texas. I was hoping the second time it would be different and that was not the case. The rooms are dirty but many might think otherwise when they don’t understand the importance of real sanitized clean rooms. Right when you come in the rooms smell fine, the bed is made nicely, the covers seems clean but the door knobs, doors, restrooms, and remote control are extremely dirty. I clean remote controls and the wipe I clean it off with be looking like I just cleaned my shoes. Hairs, dirty water under sink and floors, toilet with poop, and hairs, bathtubs not clean at all. This shouldn’t be acceptable. How can I go eat breakfast in the morning without feeling like nothing was sanitized? Not even my 3 year old wanted to use those toilets. Not acceptable. Both times I stayed here, different floors, different room same exact issues. You will need a lot chemicals to remove toilet buildup if you keep this going.

I highly recommend anyone to stay at the Bonifay Holiday Hotel Inn Express. My fellow friends had an amazing experience. We were able to relax and fellowship. Truly blessed with fantastic service. The staff is caring and very accommodating. This hotel is definitely a go to hotel. We were treated like Queens and received royal treatment from Rebecca, Miranda and other staff members. Tiffany who is responsible for the complimentary breakfast was simply amazing.

Let me start by saying I travel all over and basically live outa hotels, this location by far has been the best hotel experience! All of the employees are hands down some of the kindest, most caring and helpful humans I’m blessed to have crossed paths with! Even through the crazy snow storm we had they went above and beyond to make everyone comfortable. This definitely is a must visit hotel! Breakfast was always great, fresh cookies everyday and always eager to solve anything that may arise. Me and my crew were very impressed! Clean , comfortable and plenty of smiles to go around! Stop in stay the night or many and thank me later🩷

Was on family business trip but the night i stayed room was clean , bed was very comfortable air conditioning worked just right. The blackout shades worked just as they should. The noise level from hall and outside was not loud at all. Enjoyed my stay as short as it was. All the staff was very friendly.

This was an incredible hotel for me and my wife! The staff were so welcoming and friendly, and when they found out my wife and I had just been married, they put a note on our door congratulating us!! It was so sweet. They took care of our room while we were gone upon request, and they were very polite. It's a little hidden behind the Burger King but their big sign makes it easy to find. I liked it being behind other businesses so it's not right by the road. If you book a room facing the entrance, you get a beautiful view of the sunset.

Great stay of 2 nights. Greeted with friendly and helpful staff. Room was clean and very comfortable. Used the fitness room and equipment was in good shape and room was clean. Breakfast was hot and ready. Options were excellent and staff friendly. I had no complaints at all here. Wonderful stay
