I’ve stayed at just about every place along 30A, and so far, this is my favorite by far and I haven’t even explored the property or been to the main pool area yet! It’s great to see the same design concept across the entire community, which gives you a feeling of being in Greece. From the functionality layouts of the houses, the distance to anywhere you might want to go shop, and my favorite, the rooftop terrace with a fireplace overlooking the area and the ocean. I’m glad to see expansion of utilization of more of their property, and once everything is completed, this will be a tough community to beat! By the way, we were staying in 35 South Charles so the interior pictures are of this house. My only complaint in the alarm on all the doors, which I believe is State Law in FL if you have a swimming pool

This little town is unreal. It’s not fully finished, lots of construction but it was perfect for photos since it was very empty all day so it’s a win. Can’t wait to go back.

Quite small but very unique area. White buildings with great architecture, water features, tiny gardens with Persian style mosaic here and there... There are a lot of construction going on but it’s still have some streets to explore.
