Jennifer went above and beyond for our anniversary trip last month. Jennifer Wood and team planned our family Spring Break vacation to Hawai'i, and the experience was exceptional! From start to finish, every detail was accounted for! Highly recommend! (1) We were recommended and assisted to enroll in TSA Pre-Check. This was something we didn't previously know how to enroll in, nor did we understand the huge benefits of Pre-Check for family travel with young children. (2) When we arrived in Ko Olina, a Lei greeter had been arranged to meet us. What a surprise! (3) Our suite at Disney Aulani Hotel and Resort had been hand-selected for the perfect full beach, sunrise and sunset views. (4) An inter-island round trip was planned, and we were able to island hop without the stress of planning the logistics. (5) A family VIP Luau experience was planned, as well as special breakfast and dinner reservations made on our behalf. Each meal experience was incredible, and this feat would have otherwise required hours of online time (i.e. reading reviews, etc.).

From the moment I first talked on the phone with Jennifer to the end of our trip, she has been nothing but helpful with the planning and so attentive to our needs. The hardest part of the whole experience was deciding where we wanted to go. Once we decided on Italy, Jennifer made the planning process a breeze. Putting together all our accommodations, flights, rental car, and even going as far as shipping masks straight to my door.

Unbeknownst to me, my fiance had secretly reached out to Jennifer asking for help in proposing. Jennifer put him in touch with a planner in Italy who put together a dream proposal at Villa Balbianello. Words can't describe how incredible it was and it could not have happened without Jennifer.

We are so grateful for Jennifer for planning the trip of a lifetime for us. Her professionalism, attention to detail, and care for us did not go unnoticed. Will never plan a trip again without Jennifer, and highly recommend her for your next trip.
