Extraordinary skill and professionalism. I have had experience with diving around the world and you are hard pressed to find a better dive experience than with 30A, Captain Walt. A grandson had some difficulties during our dive. The response of this team was nothing less than perfect, in execution and care. Diving is not risk free, but with a team like 30A those risks are minimized because of their skill. Trust this team. Enjoy your dive...the sculptures were fantastic. Walt and Ian were amazing guides! They knew exactly where to go to see the coolest structures and wild life. They were knowledgeable and very helpful with gear and questions. Would definitely dive with them again!

Went diving with Walt and Ian for my son's 21st birthday and had a blast - far exceeded expectations in every way! They bent over backwards to make the trip enjoyable and to find the perfect dive spots for both dives. We'll definitely be diving with them again!

We did a dive with Walt while Sean and Max (?) took our two boys out for a snorkel. Walt and the staff were attentive, helpful and kind, based on service alone it would be 5 stars - they supported everything we needed including kitting up, directions for the dive and carrying to and from the beach. Walt was also thoughtful to provide a 65 cu ft tank for my wife - which fit her better than a standard aluminum 80. However, the dive gear while workable was not well-maintained or high quality which is the reason for 3 stars. The tanks did not have current visual inspections (a legal requirement). We asked for and they provided replacement tanks (with current visual stickers). One regulator set had a badly cracked alternate air hose - which we did not use. My reg had visible corrosion inside the 1st stage air inlet. Walt tried to explain that this is normal. It is not normal for well maintained equipment (to have rotted hoses or large amounts of visible corrosion in the 1st stage). The air fills were significantly below full rated pressure (but that didn't matter because we got tired before we got low on air since the dive was so shallow). Neither BC had integrated weight pockets and my wife ended up diving with no ditchable weight because they did not provide a weight belt for her. This was not ideal. The 3mm full length wetsuits were a bright spot - both fit well were in good shape and kept us warm and sun covered. If you dive with this outfit, I'd recommend you bring your own gear if you can. The dive itself was at turtle reef off Grayton Beach, a shallow (10-20 feet) dive which was just what we were looking for - we saw a variety of small to medium reef fish and macro life on the artificial reef - but no turtles. Visibility was about 15+ feet.

Can’t say enough great things about Walt and Ian at Dive30A! These guys went above and beyond to make sure everyone was comfortable on and off the boat. They took us to two incredible dive spots that were packed full of marine life. My dive buddy (my dad) and I honestly had some of the best dives we’ve had in years and laughed more than we ever have on a charter. Genuinely felt like hanging out with old buddies for a day of diving. Could not recommend this group more!
