We had the best time with Captain Kyle! We saw so many dolphins and he timed out dives perfectly so the dolphins swam right next to us multiple times! Where we snorkeled was so pretty and he is very knowledgeable with the sea life all around us. Sand island was relaxing and a great end to a fun afternoon! My kids (15, 12 and 9) all had an amazing time and want to go back. I highly recommend Captain Kyle and Heritage Excursions.

I was so iffy about doing a dolphin tour with a one year old that had never been on a boat before but I am soo glad we did!! Me, my husband, and our 4 kids (11,8,8,1) absolutely loved our tour with captain Chandler! He made sure we seen dolphins. He was awesome at navigating the boat around to find us more sea turtles after they would swim away, they were my favorite part! He kept the kids very entertained with information and answered every question they asked! Even after getting asked 500 questions while snorkeling Chandler was still so kind on the way back to the dock and so helpful making sure we all got off the boat safe and with all our stuff! All together we had an amazing experience and we are so thankful we had such an awesome captain! BEST PART OF OUR VACATION!

We went on a dolphin/snorkeling 2 hour trip this morning with our captain Chandler (I booked through Dolphin Seafari) and we had the best time. The dolphins didn’t want to show their faces at first, but we were able to find a couple of small pods in the end. We even got to see a manatee! It was the perfect day - we went on the 10:30 AM trip, the weather was perfect, the water was calm and crystal clear. We were on a very nice, clean boat, the captain (Chandler) was very friendly and accommodating. He did everything he could to make sure we had an excellent experience and we did! They keep cold drinks on ice for you, and make sure to take you where you want to go to snorkel/swim. It didn’t work out for us to be able to get in the water with the dolphins, but we all got to swim and my daughter used the snorkel over in the shallow (waist deep) water inside the jetty, so it was calm, cool and clear water. It really was perfect! I even managed to find a sand dollar. We had a blast, and will definitely be back again! I highly recommend Chandler as a captain, we had a blast with him as captain! Thank you guys for a great trip!

Dolphins, Rays, Deer, oh my! Let me tell y’all something, if you’re thinking about booking a dolphin excursion with Heritage Excursions don’t think about it just DO IT! Myself, my wife, our two boys (7 and 5), plus my mom took the trip with CAPTAIN BRAD! He was a great captain, funny, great stories, and answered all of our questions. He got us into perfect positions to see the dolphins numerous times. Was patient with the kids and showed them different things about the boat, sea life, and even let them “drive”. We spent 9 days in PCB and this excursion will forever be the one thing we remember the most. Having Brad as our captain did not feel like we were on a companies boat tour, it felt like we were on the water with a long time friend. I looked around for days before deciding to book with heritage for a couple reasons 1. They had the best price for 3 hours 2. I loved the reviews having little ones who had never been on a boat the reviews said they were great with kids (and they were) 3. The phone call I made when booking with the lady working in the shack was super polite and again answered all questions. Again, book the trip, make the memories, and enjoy the view! Thank you captain brad for being a great guide and making us feel right at home. One things for certain when we come back to PCB we WILL be booking with Heritage Excursions and requesting Captain ahead! Thank you for the memories🐬

By far the best part of our vacation! We searched a lot of jet ski rentals and this was by far the best! We had two adults and two children with no experience and they made it easy and extremely fun for first timers! Calvin was an amazing tour guide! He showed us tons of wild life and took us on an amazing ride around shell island! It was an incredible adventure!! I would recommend this tour to ANYONE and would encourage them to take this tour because it will be the highlight of your trip!! Thank you to the Heritage Excursions team, especially Calvin, for making our vacation the best it could be!!

Luckily, we were in Panama for my birthday this year and came across the dolphin Seafari tour where they take you out to the Gulf to swim with wild dolphins and then to snorkel at Shell Island! Our guide was captain Brad! He was so friendly, knowledgeable, and an all around great time was had!! If you are in Panama and looking for a good time, definitely check them out! It was definitely the best birthday I’ve ever had! We got to swim with a pod of four wild dolphins and they were so close you could touch them! Brad even made sure I got the pictures and videos that I wanted before leaving to snorkel at Shell Island! If you’re on the fence, JUST DO IT! It was the best time of my life! So cool!

Highly recommend!! Captin Glenn was awesome. Constantly making sure we were having a good time. From the music being played to searching hard for dolphins. Took the 8am trip weather and water was amazing. We didnt see many dolphins. But it wasnt for a lack of all boats trying. We had a wonderful time and will be back.

We had an Amazing time! Glenn was an amazing boat captain. We were able to swim with the dolphins. We saw a manatee and a few sea turtles. My son’s exact words “It was the best time” My only regret was not booking a longer trip. I highly recommend Heritage Excursions. When we come back I don't see us going anywhere else.
