We used RSVP for our wedding and we were very disappointed with the services. Communication was very difficult and our tables and chairs were delivered to the wrong location. When we tried to contact them to find where they were dropped off we had no help and our groomsmen had to drive around town to find them and bring them back to set up. I never received communication after expressing my concern and disappointment.

I was not able to use their services, but my experience leading up to deciding not to use them, has led me to my review. I am planning my wedding from out of state, and read some decent reviews about here, so I wanted to give it a try. So hopefully this happens to nobody else. I tried to give them benefit of doubt, because some businesses are working out kinks, but after in depth reading many of the other 1 star reviews, it looks like she has treated many others the exact same way as me. Planning for a wedding is stressful. And an out of state wedding a tad more stressful. She has wasted over a month of my time and I am not back to square 1. You would think that she would take this feedback and DO BETTER.

I received a quote from them, and I wished to add to it, and they did that for me as well, but that was a bit of a struggle to hear back. I then wanted to add just one other thing and then put my deposit down for the day. I contacted her on December 6th, 9th, 13th, and 19th via, EMAIL, TEXT, and PHONE CALL hoping to hear back from one of these methods, and although the holidays have come and passed, and I understand people are spending time with their families, the weeks prior to the holidays I heard nothing back. She informed me when I first requested a quote that the rates would be going up in 2023 and that I’d need to book now to avoid them. And I heard back from her today, over 3 weeks later that she would get with me in 2 weeks after the new year. Which to me, means my quote amount would be changing since I could not pay. Maybe others have a great experience, but this was nothing but frustrating for me, especially since I am in Louisiana and finding out of state vendors is already hard as is.

They don't get any starts from me. First I emailed someone named Monica back in May of this year about needing tables and chairs for my wedding. Never was told a quote only received a cost list of their inventory. I asked the standard questions: Do you need a deposit and how soon before my wedding date? How do you receive payment? The following answer was some will contact you 2 weeks before your event. That didn't happen I had to email and call them still with no quote made available after I was promised once. I informed Kenndi I would be in Destin on 10/22/2021 and did they have the items I need for my event. She said sure I will call you on tomorrow. That was 10/19/2021; no call so I called all morning the date of 10/22/2021. She finally calls me back out of breath and spaced brained about my event. She knew she didn't follow up with me and was like let me see what I have in inventory. Funny this is she had the exact number of tables and chairs I needed. Then told me my payment would need to be in cash since she never got me my quote. Never went over the contract with me, did not set up the tables or chairs for my event and 2 of the tables were broken and we fixed with our own supplies. Very unprofessional because you charged me for a set up fee to set up and breakdown. Now we left the tables and chairs up on the pool deck and she charged me again talking about they had to break the tables down. Do not use this unprofessional scam company. There items are horrible to look at without table clothes and never again. Kenndi never discussed this with me because we would have broken the table and chairs down. Very very unprofessional my cost was supposed to be $400 plus delivery charge I paid cash $621.80 and $132.80 from my card. They are some crooks. Do not use them period,. they get 1 star because they made me.

Very friendly and helpful with all our needs. We had used their services for a destination wedding and all emails back and forth were answered promptly and with professional courtesy. On time with delivery. Light set up was beautiful, and when we hit a snag because we had directed the wrong setup on the beach (our fault), they immediately returned to get it right. Thank you RSVP Destin for a fabulous wedding!

Used RSVP for our destination wedding. Everything looked great for our big day! Willie worked hard to make sure everything was perfect! Cathy was super flexible in making sure all of our wishes were fulfilled. With RSVP we were able to transform our beach rental into the perfect wedding venue! Thanks!

Terrible Quality and Customer Service. We rented chairs and tables for a Christmas party, and almost every chair had broken parts (that didn't make the chairs safe) and chunks of paint missing while one of the tables had a crack so we couldn't use it and the circle table leg was broken, so couldn't use that either. They even charged full price for this which is crazy. Then when I returned the tables and chairs, the owner told me I had to put them away in the warehouse myself, and I said that was absurd and she said I would have to pay labor to put them back in their warehouse. Just unprofessional all around and would recommend using anyone else if you want good quality chairs, tables, and good customer service.

Monica was great! She a worked with me on when I needed the rentals (a little earlier than planned) and dropped them off to us. You can tell she works very hard and tries to please her clients!

Very poor service! Rental items are in poor condition and customer service is unsatisfactory. Tables are disgusting, rusting, and in need of replacement and honestly looks like something that was taken out of garbage. Called and spoke to owner, I voiced my concerns to her then she ended conversation and stated she'd call me back but never did. Therefore, I called back but she failed to answer.
