Mike and his crew provided us an AMAZING rehearsal dinner this past weekend! They are absolutely TOP NOTCH! Our guests were raving about the hand passed hors d’oeuvres and the main course - I’m still dreaming about the beef and au jus! We are forever grateful to them for helping make our rehearsal dinner as amazing as it was! 10/10 recommend

Mike and the CPI team were amazing! Extremely easy to work with. They are very responsive and willing to answer all questions. The food tasting was easy to schedule, and the food on the day of our event was just as good as it was during the tasting! I cannot thank the team enough for providing exceptional food and service on our big day. They made sure to bring the bridal party fresh hors d'oeuvres after taking photos, and they packed to go for me and my bride at the end of the night. They also went out of their way at the end of the night to thank us for trusting them on our big day, and to wish us well with our new journey. This meant so much to my wife and I, seeing as they could have just packed up and leave after they were done. Truly an admirable team that provides quality service. I would advise anyone to hire them for any/all catering needs.

We had the most amazing experience with this caterer. Mike was so helpful throughout the wedding planning process. He even contacted us a few weeks prior to make sure we didn’t need any tables, linens, wine openers, etc! They ended up bringing ice for us so we didn’t have to run out the day of. His employees were professional yet felt like lifelong friends and fit right into our crowd. Everyone loved them! The food was so delicious that my guests are STILL talking about it.. I had some friends actually fighting for my leftovers (even though we had plenty!). The bridal box they packed us with leftovers so was thoughtful and much needed after a long day! I wish I lived closer so I could use them for every single even I have. It’s hard to find a caterer (+employees) like CPI <3

Amberly and Mike are absolutely great to work with. Not only is their food and personalities great, but they were VERY prompt with responding to all of my questions/updates to my order during the planning process for a nonprofit event that I organized at Live Oak Plantation for the Pensacola Museum of Art Guild. I recommend them highly for weddings/birthdays/special events. 🙌🏼

WHS Girls Soccer had a fabulous end of the year banquet at Culinary Productions. The facility is perfect. The food was delicious. And the staff is great. This is the second year we have held the event at Culinary and we highly recommend Michael and his team!

Culinary Productions did a fantastic job for our ASTA event. Mike was so easy to work with and the staff went over and beyond to make sure everything was exactly the way we wanted it. The food was delicious and the venue was great. We will definitely use them again.

I highly recommend using culinary productions to cater your next event! We used them for our wedding and did a taco bar style buffet! The food was great and the staff was AMAZING! Jaron was the leader of the food that evening and he did a fabulous job and it couldn’t have gone any better!!! He made sure everything was always refilled at the food station and his crew came around and picked up our plates once we were finished! We couldn’t have had a better experience! 10/10! Ask for Jaron to be at your next event he doesn’t disappoint!

I can’t say enough about how wonderful our night was thanks to Culinary Productions. The food was amazing and the service was even better. This is such a hidden gem for event venues. Mike and his team were so flexible with menu choices. I appreciate they were willing to accommodate our pescatarian guest. I can’t wait to dig into the leftovers. Thank you Mike and crew!
