I had the great pleasure of working with Betsy at White Sand Weddings for our rehearsal and wedding. She provided the flowers and decor for the rehearsal and wedding as well as flowers for my parent's condo (to beautify their condo).

As a destination bride, I was worried about planning my wedding from a far because I couldn't be as hands on in the planning of the ambiance of the wedding. After meeting Betsy, I knew that she would keep me involved and all my worries went away.

After we first met, she took the initiative to pull all the pictures off my pinterest page related to flowers and decor. From these pictures and many phone calls and emails, she was able to create the most elegant and perfect wedding ambiance. She was extremely responsive to all my calls and emails as well as patient with me since I am not a flower person. She was extremely accommodating when I made last minute visits to Destin as well.

AWESOME experience with White Sand Weddings! My daughter is very picky. Meghan and the White Sands team was able to put together EVERYTHING she wanted for her wedding. Meghan will work with you on pricing and very good on follow-up. I have 4 more single children and we will be using White Sands for each of their Wedding Planning. To sum it all up, If there was a 6th star to rate out of 5, I would of selected a 6!

Betsy Soles-Absolutely amazing- from day one, she organized and executed the most perfect day, down to the very last details we never even imagined. She had solutions to issues worked out before I ever even knew about them- talk about someoene who knows how to keep a busy bride calm =) We planned our wedding from 5 hours away amidst a very busy work schedule- she took charge and truly worked tirelessly to create the perfect day. We planned a wedding from out of state, and every thought we had, she immediately found a way to make happen in an affordable manner. She listened to us and treated making our wedding exactly as we envisioned it her highest priority. Betsy responds promptly to emails and phone calls and is highly organized with a super sweet personality. She is like a dream-come-true! If she saw an idea on my Pinterest board or heard us mention it, she took care of it very quickly. I never would have expected wedding planning to be so easy! She even secured 4 heaters less than one week before our wedding so that I wouldn't freeze during the reception! Betsy helped make all our requests realities, including my husband's dream for a "meat cake" made of brisket, scallops, and mashed potatoes! She provided beautiful decor and flowers and also changed our smore's service from firepit style to sterno style 2 days before the wedding. I highly recommend choosing Betsy Soles/White Sand Weddings for any and all wedding planning needs. Betsy is completely full service! She provides timelines for planning and wedding day and even delivered lunch to my wedding party! This is my wife's review and I couldn't agree more, Meaghan was totally out of her league with our wedding, but any professional should at least be available to talk and communicate DO NOT RECOMMEND...I am the bride and I was highly disappointed in the service we received from Meaghan at White Sand Weddings. Our initial meeting with Meaghan was great but then it went downhill from there. Meaghan was terrible at communicating....I would call and text her and she would literally just ignore me and never respond. She'll tell you "I'm just a phone call away if you need anything" but that's a lie! We had already invested so much time and money with her so we could not change wedding planners as we were on a time crunch. The week before the wedding I reached out to Meaghan multiple times and she never responded....days later her assistant finally contacted me via text and said Meaghan's computer crashed so I had to give her assistant details of the wedding which had already been discussed with Meaghan. The wedding planner is supposed to relieve stress from the bride but Meaghan caused me more stress. We paid for the mothers to have coursages and Meaghan gave the mothers boutanieeres instead on the day of wedding. During the reception, Meaghan did not take the initiative to help the timeline of events flow well. She was sitting down the majority of the time and her dress attire was not appropriate for a formal wedding. Meaghan was supposed to notify us once the alcohol limit had been reached so we could determine how to proceed with beverages but this never happened and we ended up paying for it in the end. Meaghan was unprofessional and horrible with communication. DO NOT RECOMMEND

Words cannot begin to describe my gratitude for every ounce of energy Meaghan and the White Sand Weddings Team put into making our day perfect. I cannot think of one single thing I would have changed, even if I could’ve. It was an absolute dream come true. She’s amazing at what she does! I would give them 10 stars if I could!
