Called to book a trip and I had 3 places in mind. The person I talked to said she wanted my credit card number. I haven’t even booked anything yet and I thought it was odd that she would ask for my credit card number. When I asked what it was for she said she needed $100 fee for printing and doing the research. This is absolutely absurd! You would have to be crazy to give someone your credit card number over the phone that you don’t even know. Who does business like this? Buyer beware!

I am a strong believer in google reviews. I have never used a travel agency and after my first time using this one will never use another one again. 5 stars for reviews of prior customers is the ONLY reason i didn't pick one of the many agencies around Navarre and drove just a bit further. The entrace to this agency was very inviting and the lady at the desk as you enter seemed friendly enough. My husband and I sat in the chairs in front of the lady's desk and started to discuss our plans until the phone started to ring. She answered. Even though the asian lady 2 feet away staring at her computer screen and eating could of picked up the phone and we could of been helped. Didn't happen. The agent spoke on the phone to someone about insurance and sickness and family affairs for at least 15 minutes as we stared into space and waited. I told my husband who has never been on a cruise nor out of the country that their great!! We decided on Mexico and the agent said Carnival sails out of Mobile so its real close. She never looked for specials or upgrades and made zero effort. The cruise with this company at almost 1500 was WAY over priced for a stateroom with a tiny window. The cruise ship was old and dirty. Looked like it hadnt been updated in over 30 years. Because thats how old it was. Food was horrible and drinks were watered down. Had better food from a gas station. Service was slow and bartenders were rude. You use your room card for the room and all of your on board charges . They charge your debit each time you purchase with your room card. They also take gratuity for places you've never entered on ship. Over 150 bucks. It was trashy and had a 3.5 rating. They will charge the full amount of the cruise purchases when the cruise ends. So its like they are charging twice and we and others had to go to bank in town to get it straight. It can take up to a week to get pending charges back. So if your limited on funds be aware. Its twice the amout you spend. All holds and full amout all at once. For my husbands first cruise he was VERY DISAPPOINTED!! Worst and distasteful cruise with horrible rating. Shame on this Travel agency for not making us aware that it's one of the lowest rated ships Carnival has. I would expect my travel agency to be aware and work for the customers happiness and let them know the ratings of a cruise they are setting up for their customers. I made sure i knew the rating of this overpriced and unhelpful travel agency. Also was suppose to get a call from this company when boarding passes and luggage tags were ready. Due to the fact we had no printer at our disposal. Never got that call. We had to go and get help and printed at a ups store. I decided to write my review after our trip and after my own research. Very unfriendly and the asian lady finally came out of her office as we were leaving and the trip was paid. VERY DISAPPOINTED AND VERY UNHAPPY CUSTOMER!!
