El servicio pesimo de las señoras del la officina k NO tienen un toke de professionalismo. Jamas volvere a usar este transporte. Nunca dan una agenda de las horas de salida y tener k esperar 3 horas en pleno verando con este calor! No les importa las agendas de los clientes

Management needs to look into hiring professional help in order for a business to be successful. This culture of unprofessionalism will not allow them to thrive in such a demanding transportation needs for the customers. From a business owner perspective, there are many opportunities for growth. This was my first experience with this company and certainly my last.

I rode this on my way to Zacatecas Mexico and they had great service! Depending on where you travel to it’s a good price to. Although sometimes the buses do have a odd Oder but overall the service actually is good. They sit the people who have children along with them first so you won’t be forced or have to worry about separations.

Horrible customer service not only to my aunt, but to my mother aswell. I work in customer service and I know it’s not easy but there is no reason to be rude to people that are NOT being rude to you. We have had bad experiences multiple times. One bad experience I understand, but different front desk people being rude and disrespectful multiple times? That’s not right. You’re jobs may not be the best to you guys, but you have to atleast make the best of it.

This place is difficult to spot. Not only is it hidden behind another business. The signs are unlit and are small. The bus that was supposed to leave at 4am left closer to 5:20am because they improvised and sold an extra ticket. The seats are assigned but the people either don't understand or the driver messed up and gave two people the same seat number. Overall this 17 hour bus trip has had a rocky start, been delayed over an hour from the get go.

Apparently this bus regularly pay bribes to the Mexican customs and is accustomed to paying 20 USD as a bribe to not check the luggage.

Very comfortable busses and smooth ride. The receptionist at Phoenix location was very helpful and kind. There were some delays but thats to be expected when traveling by bus. I should know, because I drive a ommercial vehicle myself. But, I will travel with them again as the rate from Phoenix to Durango, MX is very reasonable.

The drivers stop a lot of times and left all the passengers out like for one hour. Also, the trip was longer than expected thanks to all those stupid stops. The women in the front desk were really mean, my mom asked them something and one of them ignored her. I don't recommend this terrible place.
