Absolutely loved Beach Colony East 16A penthouse. Rented from Luxury Coastal Vacations and their communication was spot on. Check in process is easy. Condo was fabulous especially view from balcony. Loved the peace and quiet. The beach and pool areas are nice. Will be back.

Beach Colony Resort has placed signs along the beach to deter trespassing, but they’re unfortunately riddled with mistakes that undermine their authority and credibility. For one, the signs don’t even spell “trespass” correctly, which is surprising and distracting. It’s difficult to take a warning seriously when basic spelling hasn’t been checked, especially on signs meant to enforce rules and boundaries. This kind of oversight reflects poorly on the resort’s attention to detail and overall professionalism.||Beyond the spelling errors, the legality of these signs is questionable. Beach access is often governed by public laws, and it’s unlikely that a private resort can unilaterally block people from a public beach area. The signs give an impression of a hurried, careless approach to boundary setting without regard for the law or respect for beachgoers’ rights.||Beach Colony should consider removing these poorly constructed signs and, if they are indeed entitled to limit access, replacing them with clear, legally compliant notices that respect visitors and the public space. Such an approach would better convey their message, maintain a professional image, and perhaps even foster better relationships with the community and tourists alike.

We've been here several times for family vacation, and we love it! It's ideally located near the pier. The beach is beautiful and clean. The facilities are well maintained, and there's a very nice, big swimming pool.

My family and I stayed in 4A West August 6th-11th. This was a perfect family vacation for me, my husband and 3 children.
The unit was clean, rooms were spacious and such a plus the rooms all had attached bathrooms. The view was amazing even from the 4th floor.
The kitchen is stocked with everything you need for cooking (pots, pans, plates, bowls, utensils.. etc)
I placed multiple orders from Walmart for groceries and everything else that was needed, there were no issues at all with delivery. You will need to supply toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags and dish soap for dishwasher. We were only supplied with one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, one roll of paper towels and 1 garbage bag.
The beach chair service is wonderful, make sure you get out early to get your chairs! The beach is not crowded at all, you definitely have some space to yourself. The water is beautiful and the sand is soft and white!
The pool area is very clean, we spent a lot of time there as well.
The fitness center consists of 2 treadmills, exercise bike, elliptical and dumbbell weights. All equipment was in good condition and clean.
Parking space was located right in the front of the parking garage making it very convenient. Carts are located on the ground floor to help with unpacking and getting belongings to the room.
I highly recommend going to the pier, we went 3 out of the 5 days we were there. We saw dolphins, sea turtles, sting ray and jellyfish!
Windjammers was ok, Andy D’s was a better choice (food, price, service and atmosphere).

We have been to many beaches in Florida and this one is a stand out for sure!

Side note… customer service was great. Our original booking had to be changed due to cancelled flights. The communication from Navarre Beach Vacations was top notch and they changed the dates of our stay without hesitation and matched the price as well.

Fun, family oriented condominium complex close to the pier and Navarre Beach restaurants and Bay access. Our Condo 17A/Penthouse 1A (West tower) was fabulous. If you do not mind a busy beach, this place is perfect. The sand is white and soft and the Ocean is extremely beautiful. The only negative thing I can say about the complex as a whole is the parking. The parking is very tight if you drive a large vehicle (ex. GMC Denali XL), and getting your luggage/groceries up to the room is pretty cumbersome. They do provide carts to help. If you choose this location for your next vacation spot...I recommend to you to start packing your car the day before you leave. Overall, I would give The Beach Colony a 4 out of 5 stars (the room was spectacular)...but the beach was too busy, in my opinion.

Resort is very nice HOWEVER the beach chair & umbrella is horrible. We rented the penthouse suite and chair umbrella rental was included. There is no front row beach chair for guests. All chairs are reserved for the owners even if they don't use them. We were there 5 days and only had chairs for 2 days BECAUSE the tide came up so only one row of chairs were put out and you guessed it...owners only. They were empty all day every day. BRING YOUR OWN CHAIR & UMBRELLA.|Will not return.

We rented a three-bedroom three-bath condo here. It was perfect, included all things needed for a living in the condo including going to the beach. Definitely felt like home and can't wait to go back. The balcony had a great view of the ocean, we were on the 6th floor. Highly recommend.

We stayed in condo E 17c, you can find it “Your Happy Place” on vrbo or Airbnb, 8515 Gulf Blvd. Navarre. It was so nice, great view, the best. Just a short walk to the pier and right on the beach. Two beach chairs and an umbrella in the deal. It is Florida’s most relaxing place.
