This place Gulf breeze travel was extremely disappointing. I called in. I told them I want to Mediterranean cruise. I told them what cruise lines I wanted and what cruise lines I didn’t. I asked them if it was cheaper to go through them or if it was cheaper to book it myself, they said in most cases, we can save you if you book through us. They told me they would have a price within one day. I literally went in the office and went over everything. The notes they had when I had called in were wrong. Wrote things down wrong that I said. After four days of waiting, I sent an email saying I’ve still not gotten a quote a day later I get a quote that is so basic it doesn’t tell me anything. Doesn’t give any details of what’s included and not included. He sent me prices of Cruise lines I didn’t want. He told me it would be broke down and I would be able to see in the pricing everything that I was paying for. None of this happened there was nothing broke down. There was nothing itemized. It told me nothing when I got a price, I emailed them back and said I would like to have the price down so I can understand what all is included after a 6 weeks of waiting there not been any response. I went online to the Royal Caribbean cruise that I wanted that I told him about and within less than a minute I had my price with everything itemized. It was down to the penny of the same price as him this place is a scam and a waste of time, do not do business there and think they’re gonna take you serious when people are planning expensive travels. It is a big deal and the least a business can do is be honest and do what they say they’re gonna do in a timely manner. None of this happened.

saw all the they don't get back to you reviews on here but I dont always believe all the reviews on sites, good or bad, lots of liars. so went in and Candace was nice and acted like she wanted to help and get our business BUT here we are over a week later and NOTHING from her even after us emailing asking twice. her brother replied to one of our emails but he did nothing as well.i told my wife when we walked out that I would be shocked if she did what she said she was going to do, only wrote our names down not much else. so I can say those reviews are very real, they dont get back to you. Called cruise line and booked ourselves in about 30 minutes and got same onboard credit as Candace said she could get. oh well lesson learned. hope this helps others not to waste their time here.

We have done lots of traveling with Gulf Breeze Travel. They are always very accommodating and friendly. The next trip we are taking I simply called on the phone because I was having trouble booking the cruise I wanted online. These folks are amazing and search for the best deals for their customers up to the time of travel. We HIGHLY recommend them. The one review that is posted just does not sound like the Gulf Breeze Travel I've been associated with. I have never been in there "dressed to the nines".

Most unprofessional travel agency I have ever dealt with. I went in asking for help finding airline tickets for a trip abroad for three weeks. I was told that he would look into it and email me. The quote he sent me a few days later was for four weeks, not the dates I requested and was $600 more than I was finding myself online. I emailed him back with the needed corrections and never heard back from him again. Went into a travel agency in Pensacola and booked and paid for my flights in about 20 minutes. I have traveled a lot and I like to use travel agents but I will never try to use this one again. Must be nice to be able to pick and choose your customers. My recommendation is dont waste your time with this place and to go to a travel agent in Pensacola. The one on Airport Blvd.

Was super excited to find them and meet the family owned team. Was terribly disappointed that after 3 weeks there had no info for me nor any emails or phone calls... and I had called back once a week just checking in and always hanging up with a promise of something by the next day. Out of respect to them, on the day of the 3rd week, I phoned them to advise I had booked by 10K trip via another agent. Did not want them to waste their time researching for me.... I am sure they are good at their job, just poor communication and follow up.

Don't go in this place unless you are dressed to nines, and look "Gulf Breeze" because they will dismiss you faster than you can blink your eyes!!!! Went in asking about a sign out by the road to discover it was for over seas travel. We were looking for something closer to home for a quick trip for my birthday this month. However, we never even got to ask if there was something like that because the agent basically made it clear that the sign was for travel abroad then went back to organizing his desk, without another word to us! Lost a potential customer who LOVES to travel!

We only use Gulf Breeze Travel now as Brenda is friendly, extremely thorough and very informative. Our travel is always without a hitch with her planming!!!
