I had the pleasure of working at the beautiful Historic Walton House for my clients wedding. It is so beautiful, full of nature and natural greenery. The animals are beautiful and friendly. My favorite area is the swan pond it is soothing and peaceful. Frank and his mom are the most genuine people I'm glad they open their space to host beautiful occasions.

The Historic Walton House in Miami is a fantastic place for a wedding. I've worked at this venue for several weddings, and it's one of my favorites. If you care about having great photos of your big day, this place is perfect. Wow, beautiful location, the ambiance created by the animals was spectacular and the Lup of Love event for Lupus awareness was phenomenal. This is a great space for anything you any event you might be planning.

The most beautiful romantic breathtaking venue! The Historic Walton House is beyond everything a bride and groom dream of for their wedding day. This venue has beautiful and well-kept greenery around the entire property; it has gorgeous flowers, exotic animals and the perfect landscape to capture the most unique photos. The bridal suite is one of a kind, with its historical and chic decorations- it feels like something out of a movie. Everyone that attended the wedding was in awe and amazed with the entire venue. We kept getting complimented on how beautiful and unique the venue was- definitely a memorable wedding. My husband and I both wanted an outdoor/indoor wedding and The Historic Walton House was everything we dreamed of. We had never seen a venue like this in South Florida.

We did our ceremony outdoors under a beautiful crafted arch already installed in the property. The greenery and the flowers around it made it look so magical. Our reception was held half outdoors and the dancing was done indoors in their stunning farmhouse. I loved that the venue has both outdoor and indoor options. There are so many beautiful areas of the venue to choose from and so much for the guests to enjoy! Our guests were entertained the entire time!

My wedding day was a dream come true! My husband and I are so thankful for Frank, the owner of Walton House. He made us feel welcomed and greeted us with so much love. From the moment we met Frank, we were so moved by his story, the history of this venue and we immediately fell in love with the property. He was very attentive and available to answer any questions at all times.

We met Frank through an organization called Wish Upon a Wedding- It grants weddings and vow renewals to couples facing serious illnesses or life altering health circumstances. I have been battling brain cancer the past 2 years and having a wedding at this venue was a wish come true. It's everything I always dreamed of. Frank was contacted by the organization and he immediately jumped on board and allowed us to host our wedding at his gorgeous venue. He has an enormous heart and we are so thankful that he opened up this gem for us to celebrate with family and friends. We are forever grateful!

Let me start by saying that my husband and I were extremely blessed and actually won an all inclusive micro-wedding in which the Historic Walton House was the chosen venue. And OMG am I lucky that it was!

Frank at The Historic Walton was such a pleasure to work with. Was always asking what he could do to help or just offering us cold refreshments.

Now, the venue itself was out of this world. there isn't a bad angle in the entire place. The nature and beauty of it is so peaceful and serene. And the bridal suite makes for some lovely vintage chic photos. It is big enough to host a large wedding or something intimate and romantic such as my own.
If I had to do it all over again even without the contest, I would with out a doubt! Highly highly recommend!

We hosted my sons wedding party meet and greet dinner there and we weren’t disappointed. Just beautiful grounds, well kept and and the food was catered by Brian. Frank and his right hand man Anthony did a wonderful job guiding the guests around the massive property. Everyone remarked what a beautiful evening it was.

Coming up on our 1 year anniversary of when we were supposed to get married here. It was an unfortunate series of events that began with a very disorganized location management a fake animal sanctuary & a freak storm with life threatening weather predictions like tornadoes flash floods torrential rain and lightning. When we signed the contract storms are so rare in December i didn’t pay attention to the detail that only hurricane we’re a reasonable cancellation policy. It’s not hurricane season any more ok December 14th.

Let’s rewind
Frank never knew if we had paid or if we hadn’t he would randomly call us saying that his secretary had quit and he has no clue as to our payments. This went on monthly.

We were told that the Walton house is an animal sanctuary… it is not it is a private zoo…. And those animals should be sent to actual sanctuaries

Although the weather was not just rain it was life threatening forecast of historic events Frank was more than comfortable keeping 150 guests in a tent in his mothers back yard through thunderstorms flooding and tornadoes.

We had to change the venue 3 days before the wedding we had half of family that had flown in from all over the world after planning the wedding for over a year Frank kept $9,000.00 refusing to return the deposit regardless of life threatening weather forecasted.

LOOK AT THE CONTRACT. ITS NOT HURRICANE SEASON IN DECEMBER.
FRANK WILL KEEP YOUR DEPOSIT AND PUT YOU AND YOUR FAMILIES LIFE AT RISK FOR IT.

Frank did give us a make up date for a year later.

There's no shortage of beautiful spots to take photos of in, the sun sets beautifully over the garden, and Frank is one fo the most genuine and awesome people in this industry. He goes above and beyond for his people .
