We stayed at the Palm Breeze Beach House during the Easter Holidays 2019. There were 11 of us all totaled. We traveled from West Louisiana (Texas Line), New Orleans area and Greensboro, GA. The accommodations were great. We had plenty of room. The beds were comfortable, spa was used a lot, as it turned cold and was too cold to get in the pool. We caught one fish to use as bait, but water was too shallow to catch anything of size. There was a school of stingray going up and down the shoreline in the shallow water. The water was super clear so we sat on the dock and watched them for a long time! Our grandson and friend used the kayak to paddle across to the strip of land (island?) in front of the house. They soon found out that it is a military installation and not just a strip of sand. The wind kicked up and when they tried to return, they kept being pushed back . Long story short, the military called us and we had to go pick them up at the gate and strap the board onto the SUV to bring back. Security was super nice, but I would recommend that anyone renting this property not go to the island. After this incident, and probably before this incident, guests are not allowed.
We also spent a lot of time at the Ft. Walton Public Beach, which is minutes from the house. We had a blast. I would highly recommend Palm Breeze Beach House.
