Pros: walkable to beach, clean, Vacasa staff readily available
Cons; very outdated kitchen ( premium rental) for the price point we are at, some patio furniture could stand to be replaced, exorbitant price to heat pool
We like to cook and hang out so the cons are important to us. If you just want a place to land your head so you can go to the beach then you will be just fine. I just feel that if we pay good money for a rental it should match the price.

This is a great choice!

We've stayed at several places and this is a favorite! It is extremely clean, very spacious, great location, beautiful ocean view, large bedrooms, nice bathrooms, great living room area. Kitchen is nice and equipped with everything! However, what made this beauty extraordinary...The decor, the extras, the towels, bedding, pillows, even the dishes and plate ware! It just made everything nicer and gave a more enjoyable experience! The little things matter when you are away from home! I hope to stay here every single year! Well done👏

The heart of the property! Great location
This spot was perfect for empty nesting! So well decorated and modern. This unit sits in the middle of the pier which makes your bedroom viewing and site seeing a double plus! The air conditioning was perfect, kitchen was cute and clean. We are already looking for august dates. The public beach entrance was not far. But the property has a small corner of sand if you want a sample! No pool but we didn’t miss it! The breeze inside the gazebo was amazing too! This unit was great!!!

Seas the Day was perfect for a solo traveler. It was an easy walk to both the sound and the Gulf. Very well stocked with everything I needed. This was my first trip to Navarre and I hope to go back. Vacasa was great and easy to work with.

The view from Belle Mer 903 is absolutely spectacular!!! Lots of seats in the living area was a big plus for our large family. The kitchen is super stocked with pots and pans for eating in! Loved our stay here!

This unit was selected for the price, location and positive reviews. We were in town for a conference but preferred to have space that a motel does not offer. Having something clean is a must and not smell musty.

If i had rented this during the warmer months, then the easy access to the beach would have been a huge plus!! It is literally a 5 minute walk. Yes, this is an older facility but everything is freshly painted, furniture is in excellent condition and comfortable except the barstools which are wobbly but, this would not keep me from returning. Also, excellent communication with the personnel via text. Beachview #116 did not disappoint at all!!!💚🏝️💛

I recently stayed at a beach condo in Navarre managed by Vacasa, and it was, without a doubt, the worst rental experience of my life. Here is a detailed account of the nightmare we endured:

Day 1:
As soon as we entered the unit, we were startled to find a photographer taking photos. He was very nice, but this not only prevented us from getting settled but also delayed our plans to hit the beach. This miscommunication between the owner, realtor, and the property management company set the tone for the rest of our stay.
Unbearable Heat: We immediately noticed the unit was uncomfortably warm despite the thermostat being set to 62 degrees. Initially, we attributed it to the photographer having the doors open, but it became evident that there was a serious problem. By 6 pm, the unit was still sweltering. I contacted Vacasa, who assured me they would send someone to fix the AC. However, no one reached out, and we had to endure a hot and sleepless first night.

Day 2:
The second day was worse. After a day at the beach, we returned to an even hotter condo. I reached out again, only to be ignored.. Around 8 pm, as we returned from dinner, we encountered an HVAC tech leaving. He said that the AC unit was frozen and needed to be turned off completely. He promised to return first thing in the morning. We spent another miserable night in an 82-degree room.
Then water began pouring from under the kitchen sink. I discovered the drain pipes were duct-taped, and water was pouring onto the floor. Again, I reported this, and again, I was told someone would look into it but no one reached out. The kitchen sink was not usable for the duration of our stay.

Day 3:
The third day was the worst. We woke up to a stifling 86-degree condo. At noon no one had shown up. I messaged Vacasa again with no response from the local contact. By 5 pm, I demanded immediate action, emphasizing that we had four children suffering in this heat. I had to practically shout to get them to take us seriously. Throughout our stay, no local contacts reached out to check on us. When I requested local contact information to address the issues directly, I was flatly refused.

Day 4:
The final straw came hours after checkout. While driving home, I received a voicemail from the local contact asking if we had vacated the property because a child was seen jumping over a fence to access another property's pool. We had been driving for four hours by then! This callous disregard for our comfort and well-being during our stay contrasted sharply with their sudden interest in our departure.
This experience was beyond disappointing; it was infuriating and disheartening. The lack of communication, the abysmal response to serious issues, and the total disregard for our well-being were appalling. I have never felt so uncared for in any rental I’ve ever had.

It is now 5 day after leaving and 4 days since I left a review on the app and noone has reached out. I know my review is being censored intentionally so I'll make sure to let everyone possible know!

We had a great stay at big o’ beach #8. The house was clean and provided all of the amenities. There are more than enough beach toys, chairs, floats, etc to make the trip to the beach convenient! There were also games, puzzles, cards, etc for indoor fun as well. Can’t wait to visit again!
