We were spoiled with a luxurious private sunset cruise, a leisurely couple of hours at the floating hangover bar, and a half-day private charter that allowed us to indulge in a picturesque picnic on the beach of an uninhabited island. The attentive service we received from our personal concierge, housekeeping, and grounds crew was exceptional, ensuring that every detail was taken care of and exceeding our already high expectations.

The provision of a golf cart for the duration of our stay and a phone for convenient communication with our concierge further enhanced our experience. We were truly pampered and felt like royalty throughout our stay.

Giant KUDOS to Steph!!! We had a mishap with the resort and they gave us the wrong room (we actually reserved a Villa). I texted Steph the next morning and she got right on the phone with Resort and resolved everything within a couple of hours. We were upgraded to our Villa and provided a couple of perks for our inconvenience. Steph was quick and efficient to resolve our problem and we were able to enjoy the rest of our vacation.
