Just completed a 4 hour tour with Captain Steve and it was amazing! He was amazing! So kind and down to earth! We saw a bunch of dolphins and even a Manatee!!! He was great with my kids and ensured we all had an amazing day! We couldn’t have asked for a better afternoon. The boat was clean and spacious! We were a party of 8 and everyone LOVED the day!!

My friends and I were in town for a girls trip and this was hands down the highlight of our trip! We had such a good experience shelling on the island, lounging in the crystal clear water, and seeing dolphins on our way back to the dock. Captain Steve was incredible and made the experience unforgettable. I would highly recommend this boat tour to anyone in the Naples area. I cannot wait to come back and book again with WWT.

Had a wonderful Sunset Cruise tonight on Makes Naples Waterway & Wildlife Tours. What a great boat and Captain Stephen was a fun and knowledgeable guide.
We had a group of 6 and booked online. The ease of booking and confirmation through both email and text was great. Can’t wait to do this again!

If you are looking for the BEST nature tour ever, this is your boat and captain! We did a 3 hour tour with Captain Steve and he was absolutely the best! We went to a private island to hunt for shells and saw so many dolphins! His knowledge of the area is amazing! He had food, drinks and everything you need for an awesome tour of Naples and the surrounding area!

We did the daytime nature tour. It was a relaxing ride and we learned a lot about nature within the waterways and the beautiful homes too. We saw some birds and a momma and a baby dolphin from afar. Our captain was funny and very knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend.

My husband and I had an absolutely wonderful time on our 4 hour waterway, wildlife and shelling tour with Captain Stephen! The personal service was outstanding. The boat was comfortable and immaculately clean. Captain Stephen is very knowledgeable of the area. He shared his enthusiasm of the intense beauty as we went discovering in and out of the mangroves and parts of the island. We love to go shelling and Stephen took us to the best places! We highly recommend booking with Naples Waterway and Wildlife Tours!!!

We had the most incredible day at Keeywaydin Island with Capt Steve! Even though it was overcast, the day turned out amazing! The shelling was awesome & we saw a huge pod of dolphins on our way back to the dock! I would highly recommend this tour (4 hrs from 10-2), nothing less than 5 stars!! Will definitely do it again!

HORRIBLE! My wife booked the evening 6pm cruise for tonight 5 days ago for 4 adults and one infant for $274. We arrived there tonight after frantically looking for parking near the Naples City Dock only to be told that they FORGOT to write down our names on their reservation schedule. SO UNPROFESSIONAL! They didn't forget to charge our Credit Card Company though. My Granddaughter and Family were SO disappointed. I'll be calling my bank for a full refund and NEVER recommend this company! They also should have the decency to tell customers to arrive an hour early because thats how long it will take to find a parking spot at the dock on a Saturday evening!!

Not normally the type of person to post reviews, but this company did reach out right after I posted this and offered to make amends but unfortunately I don't have the time as I have to head back up North. As long as they refund my card I'll be good and try them when I come back down in a few months. I commend their effort though!
