My flights were cancelled by Delta at the last minute and we were stranded in Nevada and Delta agents were in over their heads, my agent was out of town at a funeral but had the presence of mind to contact an agent in her office and a Big Shout Out to Carlene Wright who stepped in got us booked on American airlines 2 days later and got us back into our hotel til we could fly home. Tina Callahan helped us plan a nice Mediterranean cruise on Celebrity. Unfortunately, we were on a prior cruise and I got COVID. We were booted. It was very stressful, but Tina coordinated everything. She booked us a last-minute upscale hotel in Rome. And figured out how to get us business class accommodation on a flight back to Florida during a hurricane. Upon our return she was instrumental in securing a full refund in record time from Celebrity. She also provided essential tips for getting our claim paid in full through our travel insurer.
